Daniel Negreanu completed on third street, finding Brian Rast as the only caller. Both players then checked fourth street, and Negreanu checked his open pair of aces on fifth street.

Rast fired a bet into the pot, which Negreanu just called. Negreanu then led out on sixth street, and Rast called to seventh street. There, the players checked it to showdown.

Negreanu announced aces-up and showed aces and jacks to prove it. Rast scooped up his cards and mucked them, sending the entire pot Negreanu's way.

Dan Cates limped the small blind and called a raise to 8,500 by Naoya Kihara in the big blind. Cates check-called the 1082 flop for 11,000 and the 7 turn was checked. Cates bet the 6 river for 15,000 and once called, tabled his Q982. Kihara had the same straight with the A1098.
