Pisarenko Getting Shorter

Level 11

Seven Card Stud

James Tilton: XxXx/7A29
Josh Arieh: XxXx/3Q7 - folded on fifth street
Maksim Pisarenko: XxXx/10857 - folded on sixth street

James Tilton bet on fourth street and was called by both Josh Arieh and Maksim Pisarenko. Tilton continued firing on fifth street. Arieh quickly folded, but Pisarenko called after much thought.

Tilton did not let up on sixth street, adding another bet to the pot. Pisarenko also relinquished his cards, shipping the pot to Tilton without showdown.

Seven Card Stud

Josh Arieh: XxXx / A9A
Jared Bleznick: XxXx / 689 - folded on fifth street

Jared Bleznick completed and Josh Arieh called. Arieh called a bet on fourth street and then made open aces on fifth street. He fired out a bet and folded out Bleznick.

James Tilton: XxXx / A9A
Josh Arieh: XxXx / 4Xx - folded on fourth street
Maksim Pisarenko: XxXx / J92 - folded on fifth street

Maksim Pisarenko completed the hand after, and picked up calls from James Tilton and Josh Arieh, who was the bring-in.

Tilton bet on fourth street and only Pisarenko called. Like Arieh, Tilton made open aces on fifth street and folded out his opponent with a bet.

The very next hand, Josh Arieh called a raise from the short stacked Renan Bruschi. Bruschi check-called a bet on fourth street before a series of raises saw Bruschi all-in and at risk on fifth street.

The cards ran out, and Arieh made a pair of queens, which bested Bruschi's pair of jacks.

Smith Crashes Out Against Miki

Level 11
Dan Smith
Dan Smith

No-Limit Hold’em

In a duel of small blind versus button, Dan Smith bet the K543 turn for 90,000 and Yosuke Miki called. Smith then left one single T-1,000 chip behind on the Q river when he bet 392,000. Miki nodded and moved forward 300,000 in chips for all of his green chips.

There was brief confusion whether Miki had raised or just called, but he was actually covered by Smith's bet to double for 357,000.

In the next hand, Miki raised to 20,000 and Smith checked the game plaques to see which game variant was up next - which happened to be Seven Card Stud. Smith got the last 36,000 in and Miki called.

Dan Smith: J10 All in
Yosuke Miki: A3

The AK3K3 runout gave Miki a full house and he finished the job he had started one hand earlier.

Miller Fires Into Johnson

Level 11

2-7 Lowball Triple Draw

Ryan Miller raised in the cutoff, seeing Marco Johnson defend his big blind. Johnson requested two cards on the first draw, while Miller only changed one of his.

Johnson then check-called a bet by Miller before the same drawing sequence took place on the second draw. After another check, bet, and call, Johnson took one card on the final draw, prompting Miller to remain pat.

Johnson checked it over to Miller after the drawing action was done. Miller bet, and Johnson quickly folded to concede the pot.

Arieh's Check-Raise Gets it Done

Level 11

No-Limit Hold'em

Jared Bleznick raised to 24,000 from the hijack, which was called by Josh Arieh in the small blind.

Both players checked to the river as the board ran out 23634. Arieh checked for a third time, and Bleznick bet out 20,000. Arieh then raised to 130,000, which got a quick fold from Bleznick to give Arieh the pot.

Seven Card Stud Hi-Lo 8 or Better

Carlo van Ravenswoud: XxXx / 673K / Xx
Ryan Miller: XxXx / 6986 / Xx

Ryan Miller completed and Carlo van Ravenswoud called. Miller check-called on fourth street and they checked on on fifth street. Miller bet his pair of sixes on sixth street for the Dutch player to call and they both invested one more bet each on seventh street. That's when Van Ravenswoud tabled his K103 for kings and treys to which Miller banged his hand on the table with sheer frustration.
