The turn Q♣ brought another check from Negreanu and a 25,000-chip bet from Wilson.
Negreanu glanced at his chips a couple times before tossing his cards into the muck.
Alex Foxen has won his match versus Alex Keating, making him the first player to advance to Round 3.
Not far behind him, Ryuta Nakai overcame Shaun Deeb to book his place in the next round, too.

On this hand, Masato Yokosawa raised to 5,000, and Kabrhel called. The flop came out with J♣Q♥5♣, and as soon as the last card dropped, Kabrhel announced, "Check blind." Yokosawa bet out 2,000, and Kabrhel called.
On the turn 3♦, Kabrhel fake-checked dark again and said, "I think Masato is too smart for me." Yokosawa checked behind.
The river 4♥ was also checked through, and Yokosawa turned over A♥9♥ for ace high.
Kabrhel asked aloud, "Why is there no money on this table or any bracelet? I don't know why they don't like us, because we are both adorable."
The board was A♥5♣8♥6♣7♠, and the pot was 171,200.
Foxen bet out 42,000 on the river, and Keating raised to 140,000. Foxen made the call.
Keating showed 8♠5♦ for two pair, and Foxen showed 4♦3♣ for the straight.
Jun Obara raised to 6,000 on the button, which Michael Mizrachi called.
The dealer spread a 9♦8♣K♠ flop, which saw both players check. Mizrachi then took the initiative, leading out for 6,000, which Obara called.
The 2♥ called, and when Mizrachi bet again, this time for 25,500, Obara snap-called.
