One hand after pulling off a tasty bluff against Nikolai Mamut, Doug Polk flopped top pair with K♣6♣ against Mamut's second pair Q♥6♥ on a board of K♦8♣Q♦.
The two checked to the river, and with the J♥2♣ completing the board, Polk matched the pot with a bet of 12,000.
Mamut wisely spun his cards into the muck.
With A♠K♥, Shota Nakanishi raised to 4,000 on the button and Phil Ivey defended the big blind holding 7♦3♦.
Both checked the 6♣Q♥8♠ flop and the 5♥ came on the turn, Ivey bet 6,000, which Nakanishi called.
A 10♥ came on the river and Ivey placed out a pot-sized bet of 20,000, and Nakanishi folded.
Doug Polk raised to 3,600 on the button with 3♥2♥, and Nikolai Mamut called in the big blind with Q♠3♠.
Mamut checked in flow on the A♦J♠J♥ flop before calling a continuation bet of 1,800.
The K♠ turn saw Mamut check-call once again, this time for 7,200.
On the J♦ river, Mamut took over the betting lead, betting 2,600. Polk responded with a chunky raise to 80,000, and Mamut quickly folded.
Polk then showed little hesitation in showing his three-high bluff to Mamut.
On the button, Thomas Muehloecker opened for 4,000 and got a re-raise from Ivan Deyra to 17,000. After a quick stare down, Muehloecker called to see the flop.
The flop came 9♦8♥3♠, which both players checked. On the 2♦ turn, Deyra fired 27,500. Muehloecker called again.
Relentless, Deyra grew the pot further with a 40,000 bet on the river 4♥
Muehloecker went beyond and made it 180,000, sending Deyra to the tank. Burning through two time cards, Deyra took considerable time to think of what to do next. He finally called.
Muehloecker showed 6♦5♦ for a rivered straight, prompting Deyra to muck his hand.
Brock Wilson raised to 4,000 on the button and Nick Yunis defended from the big blind.
Both players checked to the river on a board of A♥K♠J♠Q♥K♣ before Yunis bet 2,800. Wilson called, and Yunis tabled K♥8♠ for trips to win the pot.

Martin Zamani raised to 15,000 with 7♠5♣ and Shogo Otani made the call holding K♣9♣.
The flop hit K♠3♦Q♣ and Zamani bet another 10,000. Otani quickly called.
The turn 2♦ brought a check from Zamani. He then folded to Otani's 25,000-chip bet.
Martin Kabrhel raised to 2,500 from the button and Julien Sitbon three-bet to 12,000 out of the big blind. Kanrhel called.
The dealer spread the J♣7♠J♦ flop and Sitbon put out a continuation-bet of 6,000. Kabrhel again called.
The 7♥ arrived on the turn and both players checked to see the 9♥ hit the river and Sitbon bet 9,000. Kabrhel raised to 41,200, resulting in a call from Sitbon.
Kabrhel turned over A♣J♥ for a boat to win the pot, as Sitbon mucked 9♦7♦ for a small full house.
Shogo Otani raised to 3,000 on the button with Q♠5♠ and Martin Zamani three-bet to 15,000 with 9♥2♥. Otani called to see the flop.
The flop dropped 9♦Q♣2♠. Otani caught top pair but Zamani hit two-pair on the flop which he bet 11,000 for. Otani made the call.
The turn fell J♥. Zamani kept the pressure with a 40,000 sending Otani to the tank. Otani ultimately called.
On the 7♦ river, Zamani, relentless, fired 129,000. Otani stared at the board, visibly perplexed as to what to do next, especially since the bet put him all-in. Otani ultimately folded.
Richard Green opened to 2,400 on the button, and Kevin Rabichow called.
On a 3♣6♦9♦ flop, Rabichow check-called a bet of 1,500 before check-calling another bet of 4,700 on the Q♦ turn.
The K♦ completed the board, but when Rabichow checked for a third time, Green wisely checked behind.
Rabichow flipped over his hand, revealing his was lying in the weeds with A♦5♥, waiting to pounce.
