That allowed the former to crack the top ten in the 2026 WSOP Player of the Year race, while the latter drew the ire of some fans when he refused to shake the hand of his opponent.

Ryan Miller moved all in for 70,000 on the button and Alex Foxen called in the big blind.

Foxen drew three and Miller two. Foxen again drew three on the second draw, and Miller took one. Both players then took one on the last draw.

Alex Foxen: 8x5x4x2x

Foxen turned over a Jx, while Miller peeled a 2x to make a pair and flung it far up into the air as he made his exit in eighth place.

The remaining seven players are drawing for seats at the final table.

Yesterday, a player gambled with ace-king and ran into pocket aces to be eliminated moments after the $10,000 buy-in World Championship event began. Today, pocket rockets sent the first elimination home quickly again.
