Acker Gets Enough Wind for Sail High

Level 28 : Blinds 60,000/120,000, 120,000 ante

Evan Acker open-shoved all-in for 1,500,000 and Bernat Carreras Moragrega to his left, asked for a count, counted his own chips, considered his options a few seconds before putting the chips in. After action folded around, the two players went to showdown.

Evan Acker: 44 All in
Bernat Carreras Moragrega: KK

Acker just leaned back on his chair with arms crossed as he waited for the deal. Acker caught a set on the J43 flop pushing him in the lead. Moragrega needed a miracle to turn things around but the 6 turn fell giving him no help at all.

The river 6 gave Acker a full house and a double up.

Razvan Belea: A10 All in
Bernat Carreras Moragrega: AQ

Belea, dominated, expected the worse and got on his feet and started packing his things when the dealer displayed a 238. With no one hitting the board on the runout 27, Belea continued to leave the table as the dealer pushed the pot towards Moragrega's direction.

Level 27 : Blinds 50,000/100,000, 100,000 ante
Safiya Umerova
Safiya Umerova

Michael Moncek has been chipping up at table 761, but folded in the small blind after Safiya Umerova raised to 250,000 on the button. Zahor Maymon made the call in the big blind, and both players checked the 6J3 flop.

Another pair of checks followed the J turn, and the dealer revealed the 3 river. Umerova fired a bet of 500,000, and Maymon took some time before making the call.

Umerova tabled AA for two pair, and Maymon sent his cards into the muck.

"So Many Aces At This Table"

Level 27 : Blinds 50,000/100,000, 100,000 ante

Tomoki Sakurabayashi raised to 200,00 from under the gun, and Matthew Jewett defended from the big blind. The flop arrived with 25Q, and both players checked.

On the turn 4, Jewett led out for 200,000, and Sakurabayashi called.

The river 4 is where it got exciting, as Jewett put maximum pressure on Sakurabayashi with the shorter stack and announced, "All in." Sakurabayashi called immediately to deliver the bad news to Jewett.

Tomoki Sakurabayashi: AA All in
Matthew Jewett: 76

The aces won the pot for Sakurabayashi, with two pair.

Jewett stated, "So many aces at this table."

Lisle's Aces Hold

Level 27 : Blinds 50,000/100,000, 100,000 ante

Eric Lisle opened to 225,000 in early position and Jingwei Guo in cutoff called. Naoya Kihara in the big blind shoved all-in for around 3,500,000. It took Lisle just a couple of seconds to call risking his tournament life. Guo couldn't join and folded his hand into the muck pile.

Eric Lisle: AA All in
Naoya Kihara: AK

"Oh, aces!" Kihara commented. The dealer fanned out 953 keeping Lisle's lead. Both players had a flush draw but Lisle had the higher flush draw.

The turn changed nothing, and the river 10 river completed both players' draw with Lisle taking the pot.
