Pisarenko Goes to War With Zhigalov
Limits: 6,000-12,000
"Do you have any gum?" Maksim Pisarenko asked around the table, but each tablemate shook their head.
"I'm going to have to raise blind now," Pisarenko added. Andrey Zhigalov opened from the cutoff and Pisarenko three-bet in the small blind. Zhigalov called.
Pisarenko checked the Q♥3♣4♣ flop and Zhigalov bet. Pisarenko called and checked again on the 9♠ turn, and Zhigalov then bet. Pisarenko folded this time.
The next hand, Zhigalov again raised in the hijack, Pisarenko three-bet on the button, and Zhigalov called.
"You won the last one. I'll win this one," Pisarenko told him as the flop came A♣2♥6♣. He then bet, Zhigalov raised, and Pisarenko reraised. Zhigalov called.
Both players checked the K♣ turn. Pisarenko then bet on the 9♠ river, and Zhigalov called.
Pisarenko showed A♦9♥8♦4♠ for two pair and a low, and Zhigalov mucked.
