Trigeorgis Trumps Treccarichi

Level 18 : 6,000/12,000, 0 ante

Limit Hold'em

On the turn of a {J-Diamonds}{8-Diamonds}{3-Clubs}{Q-Hearts} board, George Trigeorgis bet, and Walter Treccarichi called. The action was the same on the {8-Clubs} river, and Trigeorgis showed {Q-Clubs}{J-Spades} for queens up. It was good, as Treccarichi mucked.

Wattel Done for the Day

Level 18 : 6,000/12,000, 0 ante

Seven-Card Stud

Mike Wattel: {9-Hearts}{7-Hearts} / {8-Hearts}{6-Spades}{Q-Spades}{X-} / {X-}
Dmitry Chop: {6-Clubs}{5-Clubs} / {K-Clubs}{A-Diamonds}{J-Diamonds}{5-Spades} / {X-}

Joshua Karnard folded to a bet of Dmitry Chop on fifth street and Mike Wattel, who was awaiting his fate already, showed a four-card straight. A blank queen on sixth street was of no help yet as Chop showed a pair of fives, and improved to kings and fives with the {K-Diamonds} on seventh. Wattel flipped over the {6-Hearts} as last card and joined the rail.

Marco Johnson Eliminated

Razz

Marco Johnson: {X-}{X-} / {3-Hearts}{10-Hearts}{K-Diamonds}{9-Clubs} / {X-}
George Trigeorgis: {X-}{X-} / {8-Diamonds}{7-Spades}{Q-Hearts}{10-Spades} / {X-}

On seventh street, Marco Johnson was facing an all-in bet and eventually called.

Trigeorgis turned over {A-Spades}{9-Spades}{4-Hearts} for a nine-low, and Johnson mucked. As is standard procedure with any all-in, the dealer turned over Johnson's hand; he had {10-}{7-}{4-} for a ten-low and was eliminated.

On another table, Pete Linton was also just eliminated.

Make That Three Seat Open

Level 18 : 6,000/12,000, 0 ante

Razz

While Reed Hensel was awaiting his fate in a big three-way razz hand, the neighboring table first saw Jeffery Taylor send over his chips to Kyle Loman and Pete Linton failed to get there with a pair of eights in seven-card stud when his shove for 40,000 was called by Walter Treccarichi with pocket jacks. Neither player hit anything and Linton was done.

Reed Hensel: {X-}{X-} / {6-Clubs}{K-Spades}{3-Clubs}{8-Diamonds} / {X-}
Joshua Karnard: {X-}{X-} / {7-Diamonds}{4-Spades}{2-Clubs}{8-Hearts} / {X-}
Frederic Moss: {X-}{X-} / {5-Diamonds}{6-Spades}{3-Hearts}{5-Clubs} / {X-}

Back to Hensel. He completed and Joshua Karnard made it two bets. Frederic Moss made it three bets and Hensel was all in via four bets for 24,000 total. Both opponents called. On the fourth street both active players checked and Karnard check-raised fifth streeh to pick up a call. Moss then bet sixth street and was called before a bet on seventh street by Moss did the trick to force a fold from Karnard.

Moss showed {7-Diamonds}{4-Diamonds}{2-Diamonds} for a seventy-six and Hensel mucked {7-Clubs}{2-Spades}{2-Hearts}.

Bevans Double Nutted

Level 18 : 6,000/12,000, 0 ante

Omaha Hi-Lo

Wayne LaMonica raised from under the gun, Adam Dickson called next to act, as did Karim Bevans in the big blind.

On the {10-Spades}{8-Diamonds}{6-Spades} flop, Bevans checked, LaMonica bet, Dickson raised, and both of his opponents called. On the {4-Diamonds} turn, Bevans bet, and only Dickson called. The action was the same on the {J-Spades} river.

Dickson announced, "Flush," but Bevans said, "Nut-Nut," and turned over {A-Spades}{7-Diamonds}{2-Spades}{2-Diamonds} for the nut flush and the nut low to scoop.

Tryba Trounced

Level 18 : 6,000/12,000, 0 ante

Omaha Hi-Lo

Todd Dakake raised from under the gun, Chris Tryba raised all in from the cutoff, and Frankie O'Dell (button), Ian Johns (big blind), and Dakake all called.

On the {K-Diamonds}{J-Hearts}{8-Spades} flop, Johns bet, and Dakake and O'Dell called. Johns bet again on the {8-Clubs} turn, and just Dakake called. On the {2-Spades} river, Johns check-raised, and Dakake called.

Johns turned over {J-}{J-}{5-}{4-} for jacks full to beat Dakake's {A-}{8-}{7-}{2-} (eights full), while Tryba mucked and was eliminated.

Le Done and Dusted

Level 17 : 5,000/10,000, 0 ante

Seven-Card Stud Hi-Lo

Ryan Bambrick and Huy Le have both been eliminated. The latter was left very short after his low draw in a seven-card stud hi-lo hand didn't get there, and the main pot was chopped between Yuval Bronshtein and Karim Bevans.

Huy Le: {X-}{X-} / {10-Diamonds}{6-Spades}{7-Clubs}{5-Spades} / {X-}
Karim Bevans: {X-}{X-} / {A-Diamonds}{4-Hearts}{10-Clubs}{5-Hearts} / {X-}
Wayne LaMonica: {X-}{X-} / {Q-Diamonds}{5-Diamonds}{2-Clubs}{7-Diamonds} / {X-}

Le completed with a ten, and Bevans made it two bets before Wayne LaMonica made it three bets. Le called all in for 13,000 total, and Bevans called the full bet. On fourth street, both live players checked, and Bevans check-called a bet on fifth street. Sixth street was checked through again, and Bevans check-called a bet on seventh street.

LaMonica showed {K-Spades}{Q-Hearts}{4-Spades} for a pair of queens, and Bevans had {A-Spades}{K-Diamonds}{K-Hearts} for aces and kings. "You got it," Le said, flashing his {Q-Spades}{10-Spades}{8-Hearts}.

Fernandez Finished

Level 17 : 5,000/10,000, 0 ante
Jacobo Fernandez
Jacobo Fernandez

Limit Hold'em

James Richburg raised from under the gun, Kyle Loman three-bet from middle position, Jacobo Fernandez capped the betting from the small blind, Walter Treccarichi called from the big blind, and the others called the extra bet(s), too.

On the {7-Diamonds}{5-Hearts}{2-Clubs} flop, Fernandez moved all in for 1,000. Treccarichi and Richburg called, and Loman raised. Treccarichi folded, and Richburg called.

Richburg then bet the {6-Spades} turn and the {7-Hearts} river, where Loman folded. Richburg turned over {8-Spades}{8-Diamonds}. Fernandez showed {K-Hearts}{10-Hearts} and was eliminated.

Hunt's Chase is Over

Level 17 : 5,000/10,000, 0 ante

Seven-Card Stud Hi-lo

Thomas Hunt: {X-}{X-} / {10-Clubs}{6-Clubs}{9-Spades}{A-Spades} / {X-}
Jeffery Taylor: {X-}{X-} / {5-Spades}{K-Hearts}{4-Spades}{J-Diamonds} / {X-}
Andrew Kelsall: {X-}{X-} / {3-Diamonds}{5-Diamonds}{5-Clubs}{8-Hearts} / {X-}

Steven Sobel and Thomas Hunt have been eliminated. The latter was all in and at risk on fourth street in a three-way seven-card stud hi-lo hand that saw him bet all further streets except for seventh. He was called by Jeffery Taylor, who ended up winning the high pot with {K-Clubs}{5-Hearts}{X-} for kings and fives. Kelsall had a worse two pair and a low with the {A-}{8-}{6-}, and Hunt had a sweat with {J-Clubs}{10-Hearts} with his last card still to come, but he could only show the {3-Hearts} as last card.
