Negreanu Takes One From Zisimopoulos

Level 19 : 4,000/8,000, 1,000 ante

Georgios Zisimopoulos raised to 18,000 from early position, and Daniel Negreanu defended his big blind.

On the {A-Spades}{K-Diamonds}{4-Diamonds} flop, Negreanu checked, Zisimopoulos bet 12,000, and Negreanu called. The {7-Spades} turn and {Q-Clubs} river were checked down.

Negreanu showed {A-Diamonds}{7-Hearts} for aces and sevens, Zisimopoulos showed {9-Spades}{9-Diamonds} for a pair of nines, and Negreanu took it down to move up to over 400,000.
