Heidi May Sends One Home

Level 4 : 100/200, 25 ante

After an early-position raise to 450 and a call, the cutoff called and Heidi May raised to 2,700 in the small blind. The big blind folded, the initial raiser folded, and the first caller folded. The cutoff thought for about a minute and moved all in for around 9,000. May called and had her opponent slightly covered.

May: {A-Clubs}{Q-Spades}
All-in player: {10-Spades}{10-Clubs}

The {A-Spades}{5-Spades}{2-Diamonds} flop gave May a pair of aces to take the lead, and the {6-Spades} turn and the {J-Diamonds} river were safe for her. She eliminated her opponent and collected the pot. May is now up to four times the starting stack.

Robin Glaysher Doubles Through Katie Lindsay

Level 5 : 150/300, 50 ante

Robin Glaysher raised to 1,125 from the cutoff and Katie Lindsay called from the big blind.

The flop came {Q-Clubs}{K-Spades}{6-Clubs}, Lindsay checked, Glaysher bet 2,000, Lindsay raised to 6,000. Glaysher four-bet shoved all in, and Lindsay called having her covered.

Lindsay: {J-Clubs}{10-Spades}

Glaysher had top pair with an ace kicker and Lindsay had an open-ended straight draw. The turn brought them the {J-Diamonds} to give Lindsay more outs to eliminate Glaysher. The river completed the board with the {Q-Diamonds} to give Glaysher two pair, kings and queens with the ace kicker, and the double-up.
