Double-Decker!

Level 20 : 8,000/16,000, 2,000 ante

Jesse Decker chose the wrong time to put his chips in the middle, four-bet shoving with {3-Hearts}{3-Clubs} and running right into Dario Sammartino's {a-Clubs}{a-Spades}.

Decker was seeing his Main Event come to an end until a three on the {8-Hearts}{6-Hearts}{3-Clubs} flop gave him a new life. Decker faded the turn and river — {j-Spades}{5-Clubs} — and raked in a surprise double up.

Level 20 : 8,000/16,000, 2,000 ante
Mark Radoja
Mark Radoja

A player in early position raised to 35,000 and got two callers. Marcin Chmielewski three-bet to 150,000. Mark Radoja then four-bet to 290,000. The three players besides Chmielewski folded and the Pole moved all in. Radoja called.

Chmielewski: {a-Clubs}{j-Clubs}
Radoja: {j-Hearts}{j-Diamonds}

The board ran out {6-Hearts}{3-Spades}{6-Spades}{7-Spades}{2-Spades} and, with neither player holding a spade, Radoja's pocket jacks held, boosting him up over 1.2M chips.

Bowker Eliminates Hahn

Level 20 : 8,000/16,000, 2,000 ante

Kyle Bowker opened from the hijack and then called the shove of Michael Hahn, who had about 200,000 on the button.

Hahn: {k-Hearts}{q-Clubs}
Bowker: {a-Clubs}{q-Spades}

Bowker's dominating position became nearly insurmountable after {a-Hearts}{2-Clubs}{a-Spades} flopped. The {4-Spades} turn sealed the deal, and Hahn told everyone good game.

Greenblatt Blasts the River in a Million-Chip Pot

Level 20 : 8,000/16,000, 2,000 ante

With about 600,000 in the pot on a board reading {a-Spades}{j-Spades}{j-Clubs}{6-Spades}, Paul Senat checked from the small blind, as did Nick Maimone from middle position. Alexander Greenblatt was in late position and bet 250,000. Senat went into the tank for a couple of minutes and eventually folded. Maimone quickly called.

The river was the {10-Spades}. Maimone checked and Greenblatt paused before sliding a stack worth 500,000 in the middle. Maimone didn't waste much time and flashed the {j-Diamonds} before folding his hand. Senat claimed he folded a jack also, and Greenblatt raked in the monster pot.
