Khoueis Doubles Through Benson in a Huge Cooler

Level 12 : 2,500/5,000, 5,000 ante

There was already around 150,000 chips in the pot on the river with the board showing {K-Clubs}{J-Diamonds}{6-Clubs}{3-Hearts}{J-Spades} in a pot between Sam Khoueis and Gary Benson. Khoueis is first to act and he puts out a bet of 50,000. Benson then quickly moves all in with a covering stack for roughly 140,000 effective. Khoueis wastes no time calling.

Benson turned up his {6-Hearts}{6-Diamonds} for a rivered full house, but Khoueis had it beat, turning up his {K-Hearts}{J-Hearts} for an even better full house. With that, Khoueis earned a massive double to over 400,000 while Benson was left extremely short with right around 50,000 after the huge hand.

Higgs Sends One to the Rail

Level 11 : 2,000/4,000, 4,000 ante

On a flop of {A-Diamonds}{10-Diamonds}{3-Clubs} a player checked over to Sam Higgs who put out a bet of 10,000. Action was back on the other player and he moved all in for just about 20,000 more. Higgs quickly called putting the player at risk.

Sam Higgs: {A-Spades}{4-Spades}
Opponent: {8-Diamonds}{7-Diamonds}

The board completed with the {2-Clubs} and the {6-Spades} and that kept Higgs in the lead as the other player missed his flush draw. With that he was sent to the rail and Higgs chipped up to about 215,000.
