Zreika Folds Out Antar

Level 3 : 200/300, 300 ante

Yu Chen opened the action from the hijack with a raise to 600 following an under-the-gun limp from Gazi Zreika, with Richie Samia making the call from one seat over before small blind Joe Antar squeezed to 3,000.

Zreika was the only caller to take the pair to a flop of {3-Diamonds}{7-Clubs}{10-Hearts} which saw Antar continuation bet 2,000, with Zreika making the call once more to bring in the {2-Diamonds} turn.

That was as far as the hand got, with Antar check-folding to Zreika's 2,600 turn bet to drop down to 11,100, while Zreika stacked up to 45,000.

Zenonos Wins Multiway

Level 2 : 100/200, 200 ante

There was some multiway action with a player in early position, Christopher Zenonos in middle position, hijack Christopher Simms and cutoff Matthew Howearth all contesting the 2,000-chip pot.

The flop was out and was spread {10-Clubs}{9-Spades}{6-Spades} with Zenonos leading out for 900 and picking up callers in the form of both Simms and Howearth.

The turn came down the {9-Hearts} to pair the board and Zenonos loaded up another barrel and blasted out a bet of 1,500. That deterred neither of the two callers with both Simms and Howearth making the call.

The {j-Clubs} river completed the hand, but not the betting with Zenonos firing a 3,000 third barrel. Simms was the only caller.

Zenonos rolled over {10-Diamonds}{9-Diamonds} for a full house and Simms mucked without showing down, though he did mention in table chat that it was the first time he had lost with a full house, claiming pocket sixes. If so Simms did well to hold onto the 4,200 in chips he had left, while Zenonos stacked up to 40,000. Howearth has 24,000.

The flop came {10-Diamonds}{q-Clubs}{4-Diamonds} and Issa immediately tossed out 1,300. Zreika snap-called. Ljudevit got out of the way. Abdine called.

The turn brought the {6-Spades} and Issa threw out another 1,300. Zreika instantly raised to 4,400. Abdine called. Issa also obliged.

The {k-Spades} completed the board and Issa checked. Zreika reached for his chips and bet 7,000. Abdine paused for a minute then moved all in for 15,600. Issa snap-folded. Zreika didn’t seem pleased with the shove opting to muck his hand shortly after.
