Benyamine Hurting

We missed the pre flop action but David Benyamine was heads-up from the big blind against Benjamin Pollak who was seated in the under the gun position. The pot was around 18,000 chips when the flop brought out {Q-Diamonds}{3-Clubs}{J-Clubs}. Both players checked.

The turn was the {6-Clubs} and Benyamine bet 6,500, Pollak called quickly. On the river another six, the {6-Spades}, appeared and Benyamine checked to Pollak who counted out a bet and threw 15,000 towards the middle. Benyamine pondered for a while before making the call leaving himself with only 24,000. Pollak showed {A-Hearts}{Q-Hearts} and raked in this big pot just before the bubble.

Bubble Time!

Level 12 : 600/1,200, 200 ante

With 37 players remaining we just entered the hand for hand stage of this tournament. This always slows down the action but with a lot of pro's and a 6-max format we don't expect it to take till the end of this level.

Another Hand!

Level 12 : 600/1,200, 200 ante

Hand for hand play has been going on for quite some time now. We've just entered the fifth hand in which nobody busted out. We're still closely monitoring the action so as soon as anything changes we will give you all the info.

Michael Freidrich just managed to find a double up on the bubble. There were multiple hands going to showdown while this hand was going on so was only saw the money go in on the turn.

The board read {9-Hearts}{10-Hearts}{Q-Hearts}{5-Spades} when Pollak got Freidrich's chips into the pot and they went to showdown.

Michael Freidrich{K-Diamonds}{J-Diamonds}
Benjamin Pollak{A-Hearts}{10-Clubs}

The river was the {5-Diamonds} and Freidrich double to almost 100,000 chips. Pollak still has 95,000 chips in front of him.

Michael Friedrich raised to 2,500 and Bruno Benveniste made it 6,000 from the small blind. David Benyamine was lurking in the shallow waters of the big blind and he made the cold-call before Friedrich folded. The flop was perfect.

Flop: {Q-Spades} {7-Spades} {6-Clubs}

Benveniste moved all-in and Benyamine called.

Benyamine{7-Hearts} {7-Clubs}
Benveniste{A-Hearts} {Q-Hearts}

Turn: {7-Diamonds}

Quads for Benyamine and a double up in the process.
