From under the gun, Joao Martins raised to 750. On the button, Flavien Guenan called, then Phil Ivey called from the big blind. From there, the dealer spread the flop, and Ivey checked. Martins bet 1,600, which was called by Guenan. Ivey, though, wanted to play for a bit more and check-raised to 7,100. Martins folded, as did Guenan, and Ivey won the pot.

On the next hand, Flavien Guenan opened to 725 from middle position. Ivey made the call in the hijack seat, and Elie Payan made the call from the small blind. The flop came down before play checked to Ivey. He bet 1,500, and both of his opponents folded.
From under the gun, Antony Lellouche raised to 700. Franck Maglott flatted on the button, then Salvatore Bonavena reraised to 2,100 from the big blind. Lellouche called, and Maglott folded.
The flop came down , and Bonavena quickly fired 4,000. Lellouche folded.
