Duczak and Law Simultaneously Hit the Rail

Level 17 : 3,000/6,000, 1,000 ante

Iurie Cudrinschi opened to 14,000 from the cutoff and Chun Ho Law pushed all-in for around 115,000 in the small blind. Cudrinschi called and turned over {a-Hearts}{q-Spades}. Law was in a bad position when he tabled {q-Diamonds}{8-Diamonds}. The board ran out {10-Spades}{5-Clubs}{2-Hearts}{5-Spades}{9-Clubs} and Law was eliminated.

At the same time on the next table over, Ognjen Sekularac raised to 14,000 from under the gun and Aaron Duczak shipped all-in for 89,000 in the cutoff. Sekularac made the call and the hands were face up. Duczak held {4-Hearts}{4-Clubs} and Sekularac showed {a-Spades}{k-Spades}. Things were looking good for Duczak on the board of {7-Diamonds}{5-Diamonds}{3-Clubs}{5-Spades}, but the {k-Clubs} on the river paired Sekularac's king and Duczak was eliminated.
