Age Spets limped in from middle position and Rex Clinkscales followed suit on his left. The next player shipped it for about 30,000 from the cutoff. After the next three players mucked, Spets immediately reshoved, chasing Clinkscales.

We didn't see the action, but as related by a player at the table, a player bet 10,000 from early position on a flop, Daniel Granov called, and a third player moved all in. The turn was an and the river the , bringing quads for Granov and a better full house for the player with jacks. Granov covered everyone though and the double elimination means the tournament is in the money.

Zurab Ejibia was under the gun and playing a pot against both blinds when we got to his table. He bet 5,200 when they checked a flop, and only the small blind called. Both players checked the and and the small blind opened for top pair. Ejibia had though, and his kicker played to earn him the pot and add to a stack that's in contention for the lead.

A player in middle position opened to 3,500 and got a call on his left before Rex Clinkscales made it 8,900 to go on the button. The big blind moved in for approximately 40,000. The opener mucked, but the caller said he was trapping and proceeded to flip a coin after a couple of minutes, which apparently led him to a fold.
"I have a pretty big hand," Clinkscales said with a deep breath.
"Me too."
"I really wanted to get it in versus one of these two," the American said.
After a couple of minutes, he decided to let it go, saying he was flipping against ace-king and beating all of his opponent's other hands.

Rex Clinkscales opened early and got calls from both blinds for 2,700 apiece. The flop brought a connected and Dror Ramaty bet out 7,500 in the small blind. That convinced the big blind to fold, but Clinkscales shipped it in for about 13,000 more effective, most of his own stack. Ramaty tanked about a minute and mucked.
At another table, Chris Ferguson appears to have gone bust.
