Mrakes Busts In Three-Way All In

Level 6 : 300/600, 0 ante
Vahid Amirzahiri
Vahid Amirzahiri

After a raise and a three-bet to 5,100 by Vahid Amirzahiri, Michal Mrakes moved all in for his last 10,850 on the button and Rifat Palevic reraised the pot to 42,250 in total. Amirzahiri called, prompting Palevic to say "it's a gamble" and the Swede announced all in in the dark before the flop fell {9-Hearts}{4-Spades}{3-Diamonds}. Amirzahiri called all in for 16,075 and all cards were turned over.

Michal Mrakes: {A-Hearts}{Q-Spades}{7-Hearts}{2-Spades}
Vahid Amirzahiri: {K-Diamonds}{J-Spades}{8-Spades}{5-Spades}
Rifat Palevic: {A-Diamonds}{K-Clubs}{Q-Clubs}{8-Diamonds}

"I missed," Amirzahiri said and the board completed with the {K-Spades} turn and {J-Clubs} river. Amirzahiri's turned top pair and flush draw improved to two pair and he raked in a massive pot while Mrakes was sent to the rail.

Miadzel Doubles his Short Stack

Level 6 : 300/600, 0 ante

The field is up to 140 entries, of which 111 players remain, and Anthony Zinno became the latest addition with a fresh stack of 40,000.

Stanislaw Miadzel has half of that left one table over after just doubling his short stack.

After a raise to 1,800 and a call by Simon Trumper, the small blind called and Miadzel moved all in for 7,850. The initial raiser reraised the pot to isolate and showed {9-Hearts}{8-Clubs}{7-Diamonds}{6-Diamonds}. Miadzel turned over {K-Clubs}{J-Hearts}{10-Hearts}{2-Spades} and saw the board run out {6-Hearts}{4-Diamonds}{3-Clubs}{5-Hearts}{3-Hearts} to spike a flush on the river.

Re-Entry for Racener

Level 6 : 300/600, 0 ante

Bianca Jacobs and John Racener were eliminated on table 144 while Alexandre Viard became the second stack over there. Racener re-entered and received the very same seat next to Georgios Koliofotis while Ryan Hughes was eliminated by [Removed:153].

Hughes will very likely be back soon as contender for the 2017 WSOP Player of the Year, and Alex Foxen is also among those to chase vital points. Foxen just sat down on his first bullet at the same time as Ryan Riess.

Michal Mrakes may very well have to re-enter soon after he just lost a big portion of his stack. Mrakes check-called a bet of 10,500 by Rifat Palevic on the {10-Diamonds}{4-Clubs}{2-Clubs}{A-Diamonds} turn before check-folding to a bet of 10,000 on the {J-Clubs} river.

Better Second Bullet for Jachtmann

Level 5 : 250/500, 0 ante

Jan-Peter Jachtmann re-entered and soon after scooped a big pot. Pascal Lardy had just lost a big portion of his stack in a three-way all in and got his stack in with a set of deuces on the {10-Diamonds}{3-Spades}{2-Diamonds}. Jachtmann had {Q-Spades}{10-Clubs}{10-Spades}{5-Spades} for top set and a third player was in the pot with the nut flush draw. Jachtmann held up and boosted his stack, while Lardy hit the rail.

Barbarez Busts to Hirvonen

Level 5 : 250/500, 0 ante

The board was all but rushed away and Sergej Barbarez headed to the rail while his {A-Spades}{K-Hearts}{8-Clubs}{6-Clubs} were still tabled. Mikko Hirvonen was raking in the pot with {K-Spades}{Q-Clubs}{10-Diamonds}{9-Hearts} and the Finn had flopped top two pair before Barbarez turned inferior two pair before the remaining chips of the former football striker went into the middle of the table.

Lyubovetskiy Busts Donev and Gets Some More

Level 5 : 250/500, 0 ante
Ivo Donev
Ivo Donev

After a raise to 1,500 by Andriy Lyubovetskiy, Ivo Donev got his stack of 4,500 in from the big blind with {K-}{J-}{J-}{5-} and the Ukrainian called with {A-Diamonds}{K-Diamonds}{8-Diamonds}{4-Clubs}. The flop fell {Q-Diamonds}{10-Diamonds}{3-Diamonds} and Donev was in need of running outs to avoid elimination. The {10-Spades} turn was one of those cards but Donev still needed a jack or ten. Instead the {4-Clubs} river bricked off and the Austrian was eliminated.

The next hand, Lyubovetskiy raised to 1,500 again and picked up two callers including Chris Ferguson in the big blind. On the [LKhQdJh] flop all three players checked and Lyubovetskiy's bet of 2,500 on the {A-Hearts} turn was called by the player in the cutoff only. After the {5-Spades} river, the Ukrainian bet 7,000 and he was paid off eventually to turn over {K-Spades}{10-Hearts}{3-Hearts}{3-Spades} for a flush.

Schaaf Busts One

Level 5 : 250/500, 0 ante

Tobias Schaaf looked up a short stack with {K-Diamonds}{K-Hearts}{J-Clubs}{10-Diamonds} and his opponent flipped over {A-Clubs}{K-Spades}{J-}{9-}. The flop came {9-}{5-}{3-} but both turn and river were blanks to see Schaaf boost his stack slightly.

According to the screens, 25 players were already eliminated in the first four levels and some, and the registration and unlimited re-entry period remains open until the end of the dinner break.
