Lewis Folds Three Aces

Level 30 : 60,000/120,000, 0 ante

Romain Lewis raised to 375,000 with {A-Clubs}{A-Diamonds}{A-Spades}{J-Diamonds} and Sebastian Obermeier called from the big blind with {9-Hearts}{7-Diamonds}{6-Clubs}{X-} (fourth card not shown on stream).

Obermeier needed only the three cards: the {7-Hearts}{5-Hearts}{4-Clubs} flop went check-check, Obermeier bet the {J-Hearts} turn and Lewis snap-folded all the aces.

Two Pair for Pavlyuchuk

Level 30 : 60,000/120,000, 0 ante

Oleg Pavlyuchuk is involved in nearly every hand, like now when he called {J-Diamonds}{9-Hearts}{9-Spades}{6-Spades} from the small blind against Romain Lewis' button raise with {A-Diamonds}{J-Spades}{8-Hearts}{7-Spades}.

After check-calling the flop, the board was reading {3-Diamonds}{2-Diamonds}{J-Hearts}{6-Hearts} and Pavlyuchuk bet 245,000, which Lewis called in position. The river {4-Clubs} went check-check and Pavlyuchuk won with two pair.

Oleg Pavlyuchuk
Oleg Pavlyuchuk

Oleg Pavlyuchuk raised to 330,000 in the small blind with {K-Hearts}{J-Diamonds}{J-Spades}{10-Spades} and Hanh Tran defended with {K-Clubs}{Q-Clubs}{7-Spades}{5-Spades}. The {Q-Diamonds}{Q-Spades}{9-Spades} flop came straight out of a movie: Pavlyuchuk flopped an open-ended straight flush draw to go along with his wrap and jacks, while Tran caught trip queens with two spade blockers, making him a slight favorite to win the hand.

The Latvian came out blasting with a bet of 505,000 and Tran went all in over the top. Pavlyuchuk had a decision for his remaining 1,715,000 and decided to lay it down after thinking for nearly two minutes.
