The flop came {j-Spades}{6-Spades}{5-Diamonds} and Grafton checked. Nitsche bet 75,000 and Grafton check-raised to 230,000. Nitsche stuck around with a call.

The turn brought the {q-Hearts} and Grafton fired 300,000. Nitsche let it go.

Riess Almost Folded

Level 4 : 8,000/16,000, 16,000 ante

Daniel Pidun raised 40,000 from the button and Ryan Riess defended his big blind.

The flop came {j-Diamonds}{5-Diamonds}{4-Clubs}, Riess check-raised the 25,000 bet of Pidun to 75,000 which was called.

The turn was the {9-Spades}, Riess continued with a bet of 75,000 and now Pidun raised to 225,000 after using a time-bank. Riess called.

The river completed the board with the {a-Clubs} for Riess to check for the last time. Pidun fired a bet of 250,000 over the line. Riess used a time-bank and then made the call.

Pidun smiled and tabled {9-Clubs}{3-Clubs} for the turned pair of nines. Riess quickly flipped over {j-Clubs}{2-Clubs} for the higher pair of jacks.

"You almost got me to fold," Riess commented.

Vieira's Shove Gets Through

Mikita Badziakouski opened ot 40,000 from the button and Joao Vieira three-bet to 175,000 from the small blind. Badziakouski four-bet to 400,000 and Vieira responded by moving all in for about 1,550,000. Badziakouski let it go.

Vogelsang's Kicker Plays

Level 4 : 8,000/16,000, 16,000 ante

Christoph Vogelsang raised to 37,000 from the hijack and Jean-Noel Thorel called from the small blind along with Rainer Kempe in the big blind.

The flop came {q-Spades}{10-Hearts}{6-Hearts} and action checked to Vogelsang who bet 55,000. Thorel check-called but Kempe folded. The turn was the {6-Spades} and was checked through to the {4-Hearts} river. This time, Thorel led out with a bet of 110,000 and Vogelsang called. Thorel turned over {10-Diamonds}{9-Clubs} for tens and sixes but that wasn't good enough as Vogelsang turned over {a-Hearts}{10-Clubs} for tens and sixes with an ace-kicker to win the pot.

Burns Bets Big on the River

Level 4 : 8,000/16,000, 16,000 ante

Kahle burns raised to 48,000 from the button and was called by both Adrian Mateos and Timothy Adams in the blinds.

They all checked through the {k-Diamonds}{6-Diamonds}{4-Clubs} flop to the {8-Spades} on the turn. Mateos and Adams checked again. Burns bet 120,000 this time and was only called by Mateos.

The river completed the board with the {q-Spades}, Mateos checked for the last time. Burns took his time, used a time-bank and then bet 1,000,000. Mateos considered his options but decided to let the hand go in the end.

Ace-High is Good for Kempe

Level 4 : 8,000/16,000, 16,000 ante

Rainer Kempe raised to 33,000 from the hijack and Joao Vieira called from the cutoff.

The flop was {10-Hearts}{10-Clubs}{3-Clubs} and Kempe bet 26,000. Vieira raised to 91,000 and Kempe stuck around with a call.

The turn was the {4-Hearts} and was checked through to the {6-Clubs} river. Both players chose to check again. Kempe turned over {a-Spades}{k-Hearts} and Vieira sent his hand to the muck.

Badziakouski Tank-Folds

Level 4 : 8,000/16,000, 16,000 ante

Mikita Badziakouski raised to 35,000 from under the gun and was called by Alex Foxen in the cutoff while the rest of the table folded.

The flop came {4-Spades}{2-Hearts}{j-Spades}, Badziakouski continued with a bet of 100,000 which Foxen called.

They then both checked through the {8-Clubs} on the turn to the {k-Spades} on the river. Badziakouski bet 165,000 and Foxen responded with a raise to 615,000. Badziakouski tanked, using some time-banks and then opted to fold.
