Snejberg Puts Pressure on Belek

Level 10 : 500/1,000, 1,000 ante

Bulent Belek opened to 2,500 and Eshed Hadaya called on the button. Josef Snejberg thought about his move for a minute and three-bet to 12,000 in the small blind. Only Belek called.

The flop brought {3-Diamonds}{q-Clubs}{j-Hearts} and Snejberg checked to Belek who looked at his cards once more before checking as well.

A {7-Hearts} appeared on the turn and Snejberg checked again. Belek tanked and bet 14,000. Snejberg tooka minute and raised it to 58,00, which Belek responded by a snap-fold.

Pierre Neuville
Pierre Neuville

Jan Knarc opened to 2,600 and Pierre Neuville, next to him, shoved for his last 7,000. Philippe Passerini tanked a minute from the button and reshoved for 27,000. Knarc let it go and the players flipped over their cards:

Pierre Neuville: {a-Spades}{7-Clubs}
Philippe Passerini: {a-Diamonds}{a-Clubs}

Neuville didn't find any miracle throughout the board {9-Spades}{3-Clubs}{j-Clubs}{5-Hearts}{4-Clubs} and was eliminated from the tournament.

Chomicky Busts Hasa

Level 9 : 400/800, 800 ante

All the chips were in the middle preflop between Pavel Chomicky, holding {j-Hearts}{q-Hearts}, and Jan Hasa who was the player at risk with {a-Diamonds}{10-Clubs} in his hands.

The board gave {j-Spades}{6-Spades}{q-Clubs}{6-Hearts}{8-Hearts} and Chomicky hit two pair to bust Hasa from the tournament.

Bouwmans Knocks Out Raschbauer

Level 9 : 400/800, 800 ante

It folded to Stefan Raschbauer who limped on the button and faced a raise worth 4,000 from Bjoern Bouwmans in the small blind. Francesco Delfoco folded his big blind and Raschbauer made the call.

Things heated quickly on the flop {6-Hearts}{5-Spades}{8-Hearts}. Bouwmans continued for 3,300 and Raschbauer raised it to 9,000. Bouwmans decided to reraise for 20,500 and saw Raschbauer moving all-in for around 35,000 chips left. Bouwmans tanked for some time and ended calling.

Stefan Raschbauer: {j-Hearts}{9-Hearts}
Bjoern Bouwmans: {a-Diamonds}{k-Hearts}

"Come on, you can do it!" said Raschbauer jokingly to the dealer, who fanned a {8-Clubs} and a {5-Clubs} on the river, giving the winning hand to Bouwmans with ace-high.
