Amatulli Doubles Through Tsang

Level 6 : 200/400, 400 ante

Francesco Amatulli open-shoved for 8,800 chips and it folded to Anson Tsang in the small blind who called.

Amatulli revealed {a-Clubs}{q-Diamonds} and was in a flip situation against Tsang who held {6-Clubs}{6-Diamonds}. The flop came {a-Hearts}{5-Hearts}{9-Clubs}{9-Hearts}{9-Spades}, giving the full house to Amatulli as well as the double up.

Kings Versus Queens for Petronelli

Level 6 : 200/400, 400 ante

Peter Ralbovsky raised in the cutoff and called an all-in from Davide Petronelli situated in the small blind for a remaining stack around 6,000.

Ralbovsky tabled {q-Hearts}{q-Clubs} but saw {k-Hearts}{k-Clubs} in Petronelli's hand and conceded the double up to his opponent after the board brought {2-Hearts}{10-Diamonds}{7-Clubs}{8-Clubs}{7-Diamonds}.

Phung Eliminates Deeb

Pavel Hudecek opened to 900 and it was called by Kristof Lenart before Shaun Deeb pushed all-in for a short stack. Hudecek let it go but Lenart called for the following showdown:

Shaun Deeb: {k-Spades}{q-Spades}
Xuong Phung: {k-Hearts}{3-Hearts}

Deeb had the dominating hand but Phung managed to find two pair on the board {k-Diamonds}{5-Hearts}{3-Spades}{7-Hearts}{2-Diamonds} and Deeb went to re-enter the tournament.

Campbell Busts Kowalski

Thomas Kowalski was found all-in and at risk, holding {a-Spades}{q-Hearts} against Robert Campbell who had {k-Clubs}{k-Spades} in his hands.

Neuville Gets a Fold from Riczak

Level 5 : 200/300, 300 ante

Michael Hoermann limped for 300 and so did Pierre Neuville before Michal Riczak raised to 1,700 on the button. Hoermann folded but Neuville chose to call.

The flop was checked with {10-Hearts}{7-Clubs}{9-Spades} and Neuville moved his last chips in the middle on the {6-Spades} turn for a stack around 3,000. Riczak snap-folded.

"Show the cards," said players at the table, and Neuville tabled a {2-Hearts} with a smile.

Ricci Builds his Stack

Level 5 : 200/300, 300 ante

Yaron Borenstein opened on the button and Andrea Ricci three-bet in the big blind. Borenstein four-bet to 4,500 and Ricci responded by a five-bet all-in, putting Borenstein at risk. The latter ended up folded and Ricci took down the pot.

Ricci has now reached a stack above 100,000 chips.
