Layher Doubles Through Gabler

Level 15 : 1,500/3,000, 3,000 ante

Markus Gabler raised under the gun to 7,000 and Thomas Layher shoved on the button for his last 19,000. Gabler made the call and the players flipped over their cards:

Thomas Layher: {a-Clubs}{k-Clubs}
Markus Gabler: {7-Spades}{7-Hearts}

It was a typical flip situation and the pot was sent to Layher after the dealer fanned a board {4-Clubs}{a-Spades}{q-Diamonds}{10-Spades}{10-Hearts}.

Campbell Adds Some Chips

Level 15 : 1,500/3,000, 3,000 ante

Robert Campbell raised under the gun to 6,000 and it was called by Karel Novotny in the hijack and Ilir Palushaj in the big blind.

The flop appeared {9-Spades}{5-Spades}{j-Clubs} and Palushaj checked to Campbell who continued for 14,000. It was enough to win the pot without more resistance and make his opponents fold.

Blom Makes the Right Call on Martinec

Level 16 : 2,000/4,000, 4,000 ante
Viktor Blom
Viktor Blom

The flop read {k-Spades}{6-Clubs}{4-Diamonds} with a pot containing already more than 26,000 when Jaroslav Martinec, in the big blind seat, checked and saw Viktor Blom betting around 15,000. Martinec tanked and decided to toss a pile of 5,000 chips in front of him, putting Blom at risk. The latter tanked for some time and made the call.

"Good call" said Martinec, showing {3-Hearts}{5-Clubs}. Blom revealed {9-Diamonds}{6-Diamonds} for a pair of sixes and doubled up after the board was completed by a {k-Diamonds} and a {10-Spades}.
