Hatipoglu Grabs Chips from Ralbovsky

Level 7 : 600/1,200, 1,200 ante

Adi Rajkovic raised under the gun to 2,500 and Bahadir Hatipoglu called, followed by Peter Ralbovsky in the small blind.

The dealer fanned a flop {q-Hearts}{9-Spades}{10-Clubs} and the three players checked.

A {4-Diamonds} appeared on the turn and Ralbovskyc led out for 5,000. Rajkovic folded but Hatipoglu quickly called and both checked on the {3-Hearts} river. Ralbovsky tabled {a-Diamonds}{4-Clubs} for a pair of fours and the pot was sent to Hatipoglu who held {j-Spades}{9-Diamonds} for a pair of nines.

Marquez Takes from Talvitie

Ana Marquez started the action with a raise in the hijack to 3,000 and Elias Talvitie called on the button as well as Paulius Vaitiekunas in the big blind.

On the flop {q-Hearts}{q-Diamonds}{a-Diamonds}, Vaitiekunas checked to Marquez who bet 4,000 and only Talvitie called.

The turn {10-Hearts} saw Marquez check-called Talvitie for 3,000 and the river completed the board with the {9-Clubs}. Both checked and Marquez showed {a-Hearts}{k-Clubs}. Talvitie sent his cards into the muck.

Zaskodny Eliminated

Level 7 : 600/1,200, 1,200 ante

Matthias Eibinger and Thai Ha have busted for a second time and won't be able to re-enter anymore as the tournament features a single re-entry option only. On Eibinger's former table, WSOP Bracelet winner Lukas Zaskodny also ran out of chips. The cards were all but rushed away but Zaskodny had flopped top pair with {8-}{6-} and Simon Maschewski turned a pair of jacks with {j-}{10-}.

Skhulukhiya and Gumz Even in Chips

Giorgiy Skhulukhiya limp-called a raise by table neighbor Fabian Gumz and check-called a bet on the {10-Clubs}{7-Clubs}{3-Diamonds} flop to create a pot of around 24,000 to the {7-Spades} turn. Skhulukhiya checked once again and Gumz now bet 10,000. A check-shove by Skhulukhiya for 29,900 followed and Gumz reluctantly folded.

Not long ago, the runner-up of the 2019 EPT Open Sochi Main Event was down to a mere six big blinds and Skhulukhiya is now nearly even in chips with Gumz.

Rivas Busts to Mulders

Level 7 : 600/1,200, 1,200 ante

The cards of Jose Rivas were in the muck and the dealer apologized to the floor that she could not retrieve them the muck.

"I don't care," Daan Mulders said as he had raked in the pot with {4-Hearts}{4-Clubs} for quads on a board of {7-Clubs}{4-Spades}{4-Diamonds}{6-Diamonds}{8-Diamonds} to boost his stack further.

Sinclair Loses One to Kisacikoglu

In a raised pot, the flop was {5-Hearts}{j-Hearts}{7-Hearts} and both Orpen Kisacikoglu and Jack Sinclair checked. The turn fell the {3-Clubs} and this time Kisacikoglu check-called for 4,000.

The river {6-Hearts} was checked and Kisacikoglu announced "flush", showing {a-Clubs}{3-Hearts}, which was good enough to win the pot as Sinclair mucked.

Ben Avi Eliminated by Martini

Julien Martini opened to 2,800 and Karl-Theodor Schoepf called to see Yaron Ben Avi push for 25,600 from one seat over. Martini pushed all in over the top and Schoepf folded.

The board came {j-Diamonds}{5-Hearts}{3-Spades}{9-Diamonds}{5-Clubs} and the kicker played to eliminate Ben Avi, while Schoepf was shaking his head.

Salloum Adds to his Stack

In a three-way raised pot, the flop read {j-Diamonds}{6-Diamonds}{7-Clubs} and Karl-Theodor Schoepf checked in the big blind before Charbel Salloum bet 6,000. Armand Muratoglu called on the button and so did Schoepf.

A {2-Hearts} was dealt on the turn and Schoepf checked to Salloum who bet 25,000. Both Muratoglu and Schoepf folded.

Eiler Chips Up With Aggression

Level 7 : 600/1,200, 1,200 ante

Gianluca Speranza raised to 3,000 and Andreas Eiler flat-called from one seat over. Christian Rudolph then squeezed to 13,500 and Speranza called. Eiler had other plans and made it 45,000 to go, which forced folds from both opponents.

Small Pot for Keating

Alex Keating opened to 2,500 and was called by Julian Selinger in the cutoff. The flop brought {k-Clubs}{8-Diamonds}{2-Hearts} and a bet of 3,000 by Keating ended the hand right there.

Despite winning the pot, Keating remains on half the starting stack, which is still more than 40 big blinds.
