Mulder Receives No Call From Bedell

Level 8 : 3,000/6,000, 6,000 ante

In a rather small pot until then, the turn showed {7-Hearts}{4-Hearts}{4-Diamonds}{j-Clubs} and Teun Mulder checked his option in the big blind. Tom-Aksel Bedell bet 15,000 in the cutoff and Mulder then check-raised to 60,000 for Bedell to call. On the {2-Spades} river, Mulder fired a bet of 225,000 and Bedell let go.

"I was ready to give you twenty-five," the Norwegian said with a smile on the face.

Martini Sends Schwaederle to the Rail

Level 8 : 3,000/6,000, 6,000 ante

Julien Martini opened the action with a raise to 15,000 and he picked up a call by Cedric Schwaederle from two seats over in the hijack. Martini then continued for 18,000 on the {k-Clubs}{10-Hearts}{4-Diamonds} flop and 85,000 on the {j-Diamonds} turn, both of which Schwaederle called. On the {5-Clubs} river, Martini moved all-in for 459,000 and Schwaederle spent just 30 seconds in the tank before making the call.

Martini revealed {a-Clubs}{q-Clubs} for broadway and Schwaederle's {j-Spades}{j-Clubs} for a set of jacks was no good. The Frenchman was covered and became the next casualty, joining Oleh Okhotskyi on the rail who was ousted just moments prior on a different table.

Level 8 : 3,000/6,000, 6,000 ante
Elias Gutierrez
Elias Gutierrez

Elias Gutierrez min-raised right before the blinds went up and received two callers. Enrico Camosci then three-bet to 60,000 on the button and Gutierrez then jammed for 343,000. Only Camosci called with more than two times as many chips as the Spaniard to set up the following coin flip.

Elias Gutierrez: {a-Clubs}{k-Clubs}
Enrico Camosci: {q-Spades}{q-Clubs}

The {a-Hearts}{8-Diamonds}{7-Clubs} flop gave Gutierrez a pair of aces and he improved on the {a-Spades} turn as well as the {k-Spades} river to double with aces full.

Schemion Gets Some Back; Mrakers Enters

Level 7 : 3,000/5,000, 5,000 ante

Ole Schemion had previously lost a pot against Johan Guilbert and both tangled again in a medium-sized pot just now. On the {q-Spades}{6-Diamonds}{5-Clubs}{k-Spades} turn, Guilbert check-called a bet worth 36,000 and checked again the {3-Hearts} on the river. This time, Schemion checked back and was shown the {a-Clubs}{j-Clubs} by Guilbert, which he had beat with {a-Spades}{5-Diamonds} for a pair of fives.

All players were then high-carded as Michal Mrakes entered and drew this table. Guilbert was the one to move and Mrakes took his seat.

Stoyan Madanzhiev
Stoyan Madanzhiev

Stoyan Madanzhiev raised to 12,000 in the cutoff and was called by Oleh Okhotskyi on the button and Andrea Ricci in the big blind. On the {9-Diamonds}{3-Hearts}{3-Spades} flop, Ricci check-folded to a bet worth 35,000 by Madanzhiev and a call by Okhotskyi. Another bet of 40,000 and call followed on the {k-Diamonds} turn before Madanzhiev jammed the {7-Diamonds} river and forced a fold from Okhotskyi.

One hand later, Joni Jouhkimainen opened to 12,000 and Christopher Puetz three-bet to 36,000. Okhotskyi cold-called once more and Jouhkimainen filled up. The {9-Clubs}{7-Hearts}{5-Hearts} flop was checked and Jouhkimainen led the {6-Spades} turn for 38,000, which earned two folds and the pot for the Finn.

Sinclair Gets Value From Gleissner

Level 7 : 3,000/5,000, 5,000 ante

Bernd Gleissner limped in from the small blind and Jack Sinclair then raised to 20,000 for Gleissner to call. On the {q-Hearts}{7-Spades}{5-Clubs} flop, both players checked and Gleissner also checked the {a-Hearts} on the turn. Sinclair's delayed continuation bet of 25,000 was called and Gleissner reluctantly check-called the {a-Clubs} river for 100,000.

Sinclair rolled over the {a-Spades}{k-Clubs} for trips aces and raked in a juicy pot.

Camosci Chips Up Right Away

Level 7 : 3,000/5,000, 5,000 ante

Heads-up to the {q-Spades}{9-Hearts}{5-Diamonds}{4-Diamonds}{10-Diamonds} river, Enrico Camosci opted for a bet of 50,000 which was just shy of the pot by then. Thomer Pidun raised to 150,000 from an early position and Camosci was sent into the tank. He eventually flicked in calling chips and Pidun rolled over the {a-Hearts}{j-Diamonds} for a bluff and Camosci won the pot with the {q-Diamonds}{j-Spades} for top pair.

No Bluff By Hissou

Level 7 : 3,000/5,000, 5,000 ante

On the river of a board {j-Spades}{10-Clubs}{8-Clubs}{10-Hearts}{9-Diamonds}, the action checked to Sirzat Hissou on the button and he made it 36,000 to go. Ole Schemion called out of the big blind and Ivan Bryksin was the last player to act. He casually put Hissou on a bluff but called anyways.

Hissou revealed the {k-Spades}{q-Hearts} for the king-high straight and that won the pot. Bryksin mentioned that he had called with pocket sevens for the bottom end of the straight.
