Estegassy Doubles Up

Level 14 : 3,000/6,000, 6,000 ante

We caught the action on the river and the board was {4-Clubs}{6-Clubs}{7-Clubs}{3-Hearts}{5-Clubs}.

Florent Estegassy bet 55,000 in a pot of 70,000 after Suleyman Erdar had checked.

He didn't wait long before putting his opponent all-in.

Estegassy thought for more than three minutes before time was called.

''Do you have the straight flush?'' he asked his opponent.

Five seconds befofe his time expires he made the call.

Erdar showed {10-Diamonds}{10-Clubs} for a ten high flush, while Estegassy had {a-Clubs}{9-Spades} for a higher flush.

Oliver Heidel

The action was recapped by Jack Sinclair. Oliver Heidel three-bet Rachid Amamou's 13,000 under the gun open to 46,000. Amamou then four-bet to 144,000 and Heidel made the call.

Amamou jammed the rest of his stack in on the {a-}{k-}{9-} flop and was snap-called by Heidel.

Amamou had a pair of queen's in his hole cards but was behind the {k-}{q-} of his opponent. Amamou could not find the case queen on the inconsequential run out

Mothes Pushed Out by Papai

Level 14 : 3,000/6,000, 6,000 ante

Pierre Mothes was seen walking out but was kind enough to relay what had happened.

He had opened to 14,000 for Laszlo Papai to three-bet shove for 84,000. Mothes called for the 81,000 he had behind with ace-king. Papai's pocket eights held up for Mothes to bust. Mothes pointed out Papai who did a friendly wave back.

They both checked through the {6-Hearts} on the turn to the {4-Hearts} on the river. Yankov barreled a bet of 50,000 into the pot and De Mario called but mucked when Yankov flipped over the {a-Hearts}{3-Hearts} for the nut flush.
