Ciro Perna raised to 850,000 from the middle position and Alessandro Pichierri defended his big blind.

They then proceeded to check through the {8-Spades} on the turn and the {10-Diamonds} on the river. Perna showed the {a-Diamonds}{q-Diamonds} for top pair but Pichierri held the {10-Spades}{9-Spades} for two pair and the pot.

Perna asked for a count and when Bokowski confirmed the amount, Perna four-bet shoved for more. Novin jumped into the tank and then opted to fold in the end.
