Snejberg Chips Up

Level 9 : 1,000/2,000, 2,000 ante

With around 20,000 in the pot, Kacper Swiderski bet 6,500 in the {j-Spades}{4-Clubs}{2-Clubs}{j-Clubs} board and Josef Snejberg next to him raised to 25,000 to earn the call from Swiderski.

The river was the {6-Spades} and after the check of Swiderski, Snejberg fired 37,000.

Swiderski counted out the call and then paused to think his options. He ended up calling to see the {a-Clubs}{5-Clubs} from Snejberg for an ace-high flush and mucked his cards.

Pitzanti Chips Up; Israelashvili Starting Comeback

Level 9 : 1,000/2,000, 2,000 ante
Sandro Pizzanti
Sandro Pizzanti

Sandro Pitzanti opened in the cutoff and was called by Alexander Tkatschew on the button. Roland Israelashvili and Jacob Amsellem called in the blinds.

Action checked to Pitzanti on the {k-Spades}{q-Clubs}{10-Clubs} flop, who bet 11,500. Only Amsellem, in the big blind, called.

Both players checked the {j-Hearts} turn and {5-Hearts} river and Pitzanti had the winner with his {j-Diamonds}{9-Hearts}. Israelashvili, who was down to just 17,000 early on has managed to chip back up slightly to avoid being in the immediate danger zone.

Yanovski Wins Showdown Pot Versus Gieles

Level 9 : 1,000/2,000, 2,000 ante

Three ways to the {4-Spades}{4-Hearts}{3-Hearts} flop, Luuk Gieles bet 4,500 in the big blind and the cutoff called, as did Leonid Yanovski in the small blind. Following the {4-Clubs} turn, only Yanovski check-called for 4,000 and then did so reluctantly on the {k-Hearts} river for 6,500.

"Good call," Gieles conceded and rolled over {9-Hearts}{7-Clubs} for a bluff, which Yanovski had beat with the {q-Clubs}{3-Spades}.

Achegsei Breaks 500K

Level 9 : 1,000/2,000, 2,000 ante

Ahmad Achegsei opened to 7,500 in the hijack and was only called by David Kaesler on the button. The {9-Hearts}{5-Hearts}{2-Diamonds} flop saw Achegsei check call a bet of 8,000 from his opponent before both players checked the {7-Spades} turn and {7-Hearts} river.

Achegsei was trying to lay a trap as he had turned over his {a-Hearts}{k-Hearts} for the flush, Kaesler didn't take the bait and mucked.

Quattruccio Wins Another One from Vogelsang

Level 9 : 1,000/2,000, 2,000 ante

Dario Quattrucci opened from early position to 4,000 and Christoph Vogelsang called from the hijack.

The flop came {k-Spades}{10-Hearts}{3-Hearts} and Quattrucci check-called a 3,000 bet from Vogelsang.

The turn was the {4-Clubs} and Vogelsang fired 15,000 after the check of Quattrucci, who made the call.

The river fell the {9-Hearts} and Quattrucci led this time for 50,000, which was enough to put Vogelsang all-in.

Vogelsang didn't take long and folded.

Bradley Near the Top of the Leaderboard

Level 9 : 1,000/2,000, 2,000 ante
Ian Bradley
Ian Bradley

Ian Bradley was moved tables and now has an even bigger stack. As recalled by the Brit and confirmed by Dinesh Alt, Dragos Iosub had hero-called against Bradley when multi-way action brought an ace-high flop with two hearts. Bradley squeezed to get called by Iosub only, who then called bets on the {6-Spades} turn and all-in after the {q-Spades} river according to Bradley.

Iosub had pocket eights but Bradley's ace-queen for the rivered top two pair won the pot.

Heads-up to the {q-Clubs}{6-Clubs}{4-Clubs}{5-Spades} turn, Julien Sitbon checked and Dalibor Dula bet 40,000, which Sitbon called. As they headed to the {4-Diamonds} river, Sitbon elected to bet 25,000 as the first player to act and Dula sent his cards into the muck.
