Diaz Continues Chipping Up

Daniel Petri opened to 90,000 from under the gun before Guillaume Diaz three-bet to 315,000. Petri called to see the {k-Spades}{q-Diamonds}{8-Diamonds} flop, which he checked. Diaz bet 190,000 and his opponent called.

Petri checked on the {8-Spades} turn before folding to Diaz' bet of 755,000.

Costin Folds to Jam

Level 22 : 20,000/40,000, 40,000 ante

Alexey Losev opened to 85,000 in middle position and only Cristinel Costin called in the big blind. Losev fired for 100,000 on the {a-Spades}{8-Hearts}{2-Spades} flop and was called. On the {4-Diamonds} turn, Costin checked and then faced a jam from his opponent.

After a minute or so of thinking, he gave it up to award Losev the pot.

Chen Eliminated by Fritsche

Down to just under 300,000, Zhong Chen pushed from the hijack and he was called by Peter Fritsche in the small blind.

Dogan Guengoer was all-in from the button for less than 500,000 and was called from Johan Guilbert in the big blind.

On the tail end of a pot between Boris Kuzmanovic in the big blind and Fahredin Mustafov, the board showed {7-Spades}{5-Clubs}{3-Hearts}{10-Diamonds}{7-Hearts}. Kuzmanovic bet 120,000 and Mustafov called but mucked when shown the {j-Spades}{10-Clubs}.

One hand later, Athanasios Kidas three-bet to 225,000 out of the big blind and Brian Kamphorst called. The {j-Diamonds}{7-Diamonds}{2-Diamonds} flop brought a bet worth 300,000 by Kidas and Kamphorst folded.

Karakaya Bets Out Fritsche

Level 22 : 20,000/40,000, 40,000 ante

Peter Fritsche opened to the action to 100,000 before calling Tolga Karakaya's 250,000 three-bet from the big blind.

Karakaya then check-called a bet of 125,000 on the {a-Clubs}{6-Clubs}{5-Spades} flop before both players checking the {7-Hearts} turn to the {k-Spades} river. Karakaya bet 200,000 and Fritsche folded.

Petri Wins from Guilbert

Johan Guilbert raised from the hijack to 90,000 and Daniel Petri defended from the big blind.

The flop came {7-Clubs}{3-Spades}{2-Clubs}

Petri check-called twice, for 75,000 and for 190,000 in the {j-Diamonds} turn.

The river was the {q-Hearts} and Petri checked again. Guilbert fired another bet for 315,000 this time to get a snap-call from Petri.

Guilbert had {10-Diamonds}{10-Spades} for a pair of tens while Petri {j-Diamonds}{3-Diamonds} for two pair, jack and threes.

Chen Wins Small Pot; Hallay Gets It Back

Zhong Chen raised to 80,000 on the button and short stack Axel Hallay defended the big blind. The duo checked the {q-Spades}{9-Diamonds}{6-Diamonds} flop and {j-Clubs} turn. After the {a-Clubs} river, Hallay checked once more and Chen then bet 100,000 to win the pot uncontested.

One hand later, Hallay jammed out of the small blind and Peter Fritsche forfeited the big blind and big blind ante.
