Level 26 : Blinds 40,000/80,000, 80,000 ante
Ioannis Chorianopoulos

Pawel Wojciechowski made it 180,000 from under the gun and Ioannis Chorianopoulos shoved around 1,100,000 from the big blind. Wojciechowski snap-called.

Ioannis Chorianopoulos: 77 All in
Pawel Wojciechowski: QQ

It was a tough break for Chorianopoulos, who needed his sevens to pull a rabbit out of the hat to survive. Both players flopped a full house on the 555 board, but Chorianopoulos couldn't improve further as the JA runout meant he was out in fifth.

On the bright side, Chorianopoulos did manage to find his way into the top five, which meant he secured a €10,350 Main Event ticket.

Franz George moved all in for 450,000 in the hijack and Jan Bendik slid forward a tower of grey 100,000 chips for a reraise in the small blind, chasing away the rest of the table.

Jan Bendik: AQ

The 53527 board offered no help to George, and Bendik's ace was good enough to earn him the pot and bounty.

With George's elimination in sixth place, the remaining five players have earned a €10,350 ticket into the Main Event.

Level 25 : Blinds 30,000/60,000, 60,000 ante

The action folded around to Franz George in the small blind, who shoved. Ioannis Chorianopoulos had 575,000 in his stack sitting in the big blind, and after peeking at his cards, he called.

Ioannis Chorianopoulos: A8 All in
Franz George: K7

Chorianopoulos was ahead with his ace, and pulled further out in front after he paired his eight on the 4108 flop. No assistance arrived for George on the Q6 runout, and Chorianopoulos doubled up.

Pablo Heredia

Pablo Heredia raised to 125,000 in middle position and Pawel Wojciechowski three-bet to 380,000 on the button. Heredia then moved all in, and Wojciechowski snap-called, creating the biggest pot of the tournament so far with more than 5,000,000 at stake.

Pablo Heredia: AQ All in
Pawel Wojciechowski: AA

Wojciechowski slammed down his aces as Heredia stormed away from the table. The board ran out 5J567 and Wojciechowski secured the massive pot.

Heredia Gets Value From Melchers

Level 25 : Blinds 30,000/60,000, 60,000 ante

Dorian Melchers opened the button to 125,000 and Pablo Heredia defended his big blind.

On the 43K flop, Heredia check-called a bet of 85,000 from Melchers to see the 7 turn, which both players checked.

A board-pairing 7 fell on the river and Heredia led out with a bet of 175,000. Melchers smirked to himself and then put in calling chips, only to be shown K9 for top pair by Heredia. That was good enough for the pot as Melchers mucked.
