Mzoughi Triples Up; Salerno Spikes a Set to Bust Dupont
Alberto Speranzoni raised to 32,000 in early position and Darius Neagoe called in the hijack. Karim Mzoughi then moved all in for 82,000 in the cutoff. Ian Simpson reraised to 160,000 on the button and Speranzoni folded, but Neagoe called to see the Q♦9♣5♥ flop.
Simpson then bet 115,000 and Neagoe called. The 5♣ turn and J♥ river were checked down, and Neagoe showed A♥9♥. Simpson had A♣Q♠ for two pair, but Mzoughi turned over K♣K♥ to win the pot and triple up.
At another table, Henry Dupont had moved all in for 220,000 from the button and Elia Salerno called in the hijack.
