Goertz Eliminated in Three-Way All-In

Level 3 : Blinds 300/500, 500 ante
Klaus Goertz
Klaus Goertz

Three ways to the AK4J turn, Klaus Goertz bet 5,000 and Martin Vittek raised to 25,000. Kai Nicholls called the raise and Goertz also called with a short stack behind. That led them to the 10 on the river which brought a four card straight on the board.

Goertz checked and Vittek moved all-in for 28,000. Nicholls called the shove with the covering stack and Goertz called all-in for 16,300 as well.

Vittek tabled the Q10 for broadway, Nicholls had 44 for a set of fours and the A9 of Goertz spelled the end for the GGPoker qualifier.

Tomes went into the tank for a while before electing to fold. Vo followed with a fold of his own and Zawadzki was able to pull in the pot.

Level 3 : Blinds 300/500, 500 ante

Olivier Boesch was in the hijack with a raise of 12,200 in front of him as Sergii Baranov called in early position. Campbell Ashton then moved all in for 58,300 in middle position and Boesch called, while Baranov got out of the way.

Campbell Ashton: AQ All in
Olivier Boesch: AA

Ashton had run into Boesch's aces as the 424 flop failed to give him any additional outs. He was already drawing dead after the K turn, while the 8 river sealed his elimination.

Dezfooli Gets Value From Goertz

Level 3 : Blinds 300/500, 500 ante

On the AK5Q turn, Klaus Goertz check-called a bet of 2,200 by Seyed Dezfooli and the 5 fell on the river to pair the board. Goertz checked once more and Dezfooli made it 10,000 to go.

Goertz pondered about the decision and then tossed in a blue T-25,000 chip. "Is that a call or raise?" Dezfooli verified and once it was deemed as a call, he flipped over his QQ. Goertz briefly exposed his A9 and took another hit.
