Kabrhel's Stack Decimated By Gallitzendoerfer's Hero Call

Martin Kabrhel raised to 200,000 from early position and Bastian Gallitzendoerfer was the only caller from the button.

Kabrhel made a continuation-bet of 275,000 on the 9♥4♥2♦ flop. Gallitzendoerfer quickly called.

A J♠ appeared on the turn, prompting Kabrhel to fire a second barrel of 650,000. Again, Gallitzendoerfer quickly called.

The 6♦ completed the board, and Kabrhel asked Gallitzendoerfer how much he had in his stack. A rough estimate of 3,600,000 was announced, and after a brief pause, Kabrhel overbet jammed, covering Gallitzendoerfer.

Gallitzendoerfer leaned back in his chair, looked up at the tournament clock, and then stuck in the call.

Kabrhel showed a bluff with 10♦7♥, and lost the pot to Gallitzendoerfer's J♥10♥ for a pair of jacks.

Neugebauer Takes Down a Three-Way Pot

Daniel Pidun raised K♣Q♥ from under the gun to 200,000 and Gerald Karlic called from the cutoff with K♠K♦. Max Neugebauer defended his big blind holding A♣9♠ and they headed to the flop.

Once Neugebauer checked the A♥8♦6♣ flop, Pidun bet 275,000, which Karlic and Neugebauer called.

The 10♦ river checked through to see the 9♦ complete the board, Neugebauer bet 300,000, forcing Pidun and Karlic to fold.

Gallitzendoerfer Makes a "Crazy Call" to Double Off Kabrhel

Martin Kabrhel raised to 200,000 in the cutoff before Bastian Gallitzendoerfer three-bet to 1,100,000 in the big blind. "Very small raise. I call, easy," Kabrhel said and they went heads-up to the 7♦4♥2♠ flop.

Gallitzendoerfer then bet 500,000. "Matthias, say goodbye to your friend," Kabrhel said to Matthias Gude sitting beside Gallitzendoerfer. "All in for the bracelet," he added, moving all in as Gallitzendoerfer called for 1,395,000.

Karlic knuckled the action over to Gkatzas on the 6♥9♣K♦ flop, and Gkatzas bet 275,000. Karlic made the call.

The A♠ rolled off on the turn, and Karlic checked again. Gkatzas fired a second barrel of 725,000, which was enough to get Karlic to fold.

Di Giacomo checked the 5♦Q♥7♠ flop and Gallitzendoerfer tossed out a bet of 450,000. Di Giacomo check-raised to 1,300,000, causing Gallitzendoerfer to tank-fold and show top pair with the Q♣.

A few hands later, Gallitzendoerfer opened to 250,000 from the hijack and Martin Kabrhel defended the big blind.

Kabrhel started with a check on the 4♦8♠4♠ flop and Gallitzendoerfer slid out a bet of 250,000. Kabrhel made the call.

Another check came from Kabrhel on the 2♣ turn, and Gallitzendoerfer bet 500,000. Kabrhel folded and pleaded with Gallitzendoerfer to show his cards. Gallitzendoerfer didn't, but instead stated that he had pocket queens.

Artem Kobylynskyi raised to 200,000 from the cutoff, and Dimitrios Gkatzas defended his big blind.

After it checked to Kobylynskyi on the A♥2♠K♦ flop, he bet 150,000 and was met by a check-raise to 350,000 by Gkatzas. Kobylynskyi made the call to see a turn.

The 10♣ fell on the turn, and Gkatzas jammed for 880,000. The shove was for almost half of Kobylynskyi's stack, and after using a few of his time banks, Kobylynskyi made the call to try and bust Gkatzas.

Gkatzas had flopped aces-up and was ahead of Kobylynskyi's top pair. Kobylynskyi needed a nine on the river to win the pot outright, and a ten or a king to chop the pot.

Jonas Lauck raised to 200,000 from the cutoff, and Alberto Speranzoni shoved for 2,360,000 out of the big blind. After getting an exact count from the dealer, Lauck stuck in the call.

Speranzoni was ahead with pocket kings and just needed to fade an ace to double up.

The flop of 6♣K♥5♣ was favorable for Speranzoni as he hit top set, and only running cards would see him bust.

Lauck picked up a gutshot straight draw on the 10♦ turn and managed to get there on the J♠ river, improving to Broadway.

Lauck pulled in the pot, and Speranzoni headed to the rail in 16th place.
