Banic Flops a Flush on Kabrhel

Level 23 : Blinds 25,000/50,000, 50,000 ante

Martin Kabrhel raised to 100,000 in the cutoff and Ivan Banic called in the big blind.

"Vlasta, you have a chance not to be first out because Ivan is crazy," Kabrhel said to Vlastimil Pustina as he and Banic saw a flop of K46. Kabrhel then bet 50,000 and Banic called.

"Deuce of clubs," Kabrhel asked the dealer, who instead turned over the 7. "I asked for the deuce of clubs. Can you give it to me on the river? Yes or no? Be a man," Kabrhel said.

Both players checked to the A river, where Banic bet 50,000. Kabrhel called and Banic showed J3 for a flopped flush. Kabrhel flashed the A as he mucked.

"You called me with jack-three preflop? Are you proud of yourself?" Kabrhel added after the hand.

Jan-Willem Nijmeijer: AQ

The 442 flop gave the German a flush draw and he instead improved with the 5 turn, the 10 river brought no further change and Pidun stayed in contention.

Artem Kobylynskyi
Artem Kobylynskyi

Artem Kobylynskyi made it 80,000 to go from middle position and only Dimitrios Gkatzas called from the hijack.

The players checked a 598 flop to see the 5 roll off on the turn. Kobylynskyi placed out a delayed continuation-bet of 160,000, and Gkatzas called.

The 3 appeared on the river and Kobylynskyi gathered together a bet of 195,000. Gkatzas instantly called and was shown A4 by Kobylynskyi for the ace-high flush.

Gkatzas shook his head and turned over his QJ for a smaller flush as the pot was sent over to Kobylynskyi.

Jaatinen Takes From Gallitzendoerfer

Level 22 : Blinds 20,000/40,000, 40,000 ante

With some 800,000 in the middle to the K763 turn, Teemu Jaatinen bet 335,000 from under the gun and Bastian Gallitzendoerfer then called on the button. That led to the K on the river when Jaatinen's thirty second count down expired twice before he eventually declared a bet of 1,000,000.

Marco Di Persio spoke up during that period moments before Gallitzendoerfer folded and then complained that the Finn should have given the two time bank extensions to the dealer while the hand was going on. The floor was called briefly while Jaatinen remained very calm and collected the pot.

Wang Wins the Flip

Level 22 : Blinds 20,000/40,000, 40,000 ante
Yuhan Wang
Yuhan Wang

Marco Di Persio made it 80,000 from early position and Teemu Jaatinen called from the hijack. Yuhan Wang squeezed all in for 935,000 from the button, forcing Di Persio to fold. Jaatinen, however, made the call to try to bust Wang.

Yuhan Wang: AQ All in
Teemu Jaatinen: 77

Wang took a commanding lead in the flip by pairing his queen on the 35Q flop. Wang improved to two pair on the A turn and stayed ahead through the 4 river, earning himself the double-up.

Wang commented, "It was always a sweat against sevens," then went on to mention how he spiked a one-outer with sevens on the river yesterday while on the stream.
