Budac Raises the Flop in Three-Way Pot

Level 33 : Blinds 100,000/200,000, 200,000 ante

Heger Sare raised to 400,000 in the cutoff and Jan Kohl called on the button, as did Stepan Budac in the big blind.

The flop came 856 and action checked to Kohl, who bet 700,000. Budac then raised to 1,800,000.

Sare folded, while Kohl used two time banks until he also sent his cards into the muck.

Robin Meyer Eliminated in 12th Place (€5,800)

Level 33 : Blinds 100,000/200,000, 200,000 ante
Robin Meyer
Robin Meyer

Robin Meyer shoved from middle position for 905,000 and Martin Vittek also moved all in for 805,000 in the cutoff. Sarah Link was on the button and shoved, which resulted in a three-way all-in.

Martin Vittek: KK All in
Robin Meyer: QJ All in
Sarah Link: 99

If Link could find a way to win the hand, she would secure the rest of the field a Main Event ticket. It was Vittek that kept his lead through the 3A2 flop, and the 2 river meant Meyer was drawing dead. A 10 on the turn changed nothing, which meant Meyer was out and Vittek tripled up.

Javier Francort: K10 All in

Sare Wakes Up With Cowboys

Level 33 : Blinds 100,000/200,000, 200,000 ante
Heger Sare
Heger Sare

Robert Dascalescu raised to 425,000 on the button and Javier Francort shoved the small blind for close to 6,000,000. Heger Sare was in the big blind and snap-called for his stack of around 3,500,000, and Dascalescu let it go.

Heger Sare: KK All in
Javier Francort: AJ

It was a huge pot on the line, and one that favored the cowboys of Sare, who remained in the lead through the 426 flop. A 6 on the turn left Francort one card away from a short stack, and the 7 river meant he had to fork over the bulk of his chips to his neighbor.

Jan Kohl: AJ

The 1079 flop gave Hausner the lead with a pair and straight draw, leaving Kohl looking only for an ace to win the pot. The turn was the 5, but Kohl found his ace on the A river to win the pot and send Hausner to the rail in 14th place.

Heger Sare
Heger Sare

Stepan Budac raised to 320,000 on the button and was called by Robert Dascalescu and Javier Francort in the blinds.

Budac continued for 320,000 on the 79Q flop and both opponents called. He then bet 680,000 on the A turn, and this time Dascalescu and Francort quickly folded.

Sascha Hausner then opened to 325,000 under the gun, Heger Sare moved all in for 1,760,000 in the big blind, and Hausner nearly beat him into the pot with a call.

Heger Sare: JJ All in
Sascha Hausner: AK

Sare was racing for his tournament life, and the 107758 board was safe for his jacks to earn him the double up. Hausner slammed the table, then got up and kicked a metal barrier surrounding the table before handing over the chips.
