A player in early position opened to 475 before a player called simply Patrick moved all in for about 4,500 behind him. In the next seat over, Howard Lederer looked down at a good one, and he called all in for right around 4,000, perhaps a bit less. "Uh-oh, I must be dead," Patrick said when the initial raiser folded. And he was almost right.
