Phenh Dropped by Lee

Level 4 : 200/400, 400 ante
Sonny Lee
Sonny Lee

A series of preflop raises saw Lychhean Phenh call off his 30,000 stack from the hijack after Sonny Lee four-bet jammed from the hijack.

Lychhean Phenh: {7-Diamonds}{2-Diamonds}
Sonny Lee: {a-Spades}{q-Diamonds}

Lee was ahead and paired his ace on the {5-Clubs}{a-Diamonds}{9-Diamonds} flop, but it also gave Phenh a diamond flush draw.

The {7-Clubs} turn gave Phenh more outs as it paired his seven but the {q-Hearts} completed the board on the river and exited the tournament field.

Cautela Flops Striaght, Vo Rebuys

Level 3 : 200/300, 300 ante

Chris Smith opened to 800 and John Cautela called from the button. Viet Vo then raised to 3,900 from the small blind and both players called.

On the flop {j-Diamonds}{8-Hearts}{q-Diamonds} Vo continued for 5,100 and only Cautela called.

The turn was the {5-Hearts} and Vo bet 15,100. Cautela moved all in and Vo called.

Viet Vo: {a-Spades}{a-Hearts}
John Cautela: {10-Clubs}{9-Clubs}

Cautela had flopped a straight to leave Vo drawing dead. Vo was left with just 2,500 and busted a few hands later.

Uri Reichenstein bet 6,000 on the river {j-Hearts}{q-Hearts}{5-Diamonds}{4-Hearts}{3-Spades} and was met with a raise to 12,000 from the player in seat eight.

Reichenstein thought it over before making the fold.

"Good fold," said the player in seat eight.

Seat eight showed {10-Hearts}{5-Hearts} for the heart flush as he dragged the pot.
