Yesterday (June 10) at the 2025 Wynn Summer Classic saw the $10,000 Seniors event reach the end of late registration, confirming a prize pool of $950,000 and playing down to a final eleven.
Meanwhile, the $1,600 No Limit Hold’em event, with a massive $2,500,000 guarantee, played two more Day 1 flights.

Today will see the last two flights of this event play out, and those final numbers resolve.
The Day 1A & 1B chip leader was Craig Mason, who hauled off a bag of 926,000 in chips.
However, the Day 1C and 1D flights have rejigged the top 10 chip counts so that Hang Xu has taken Mason's place with 943,000 in chips, putting Mason in second and Corel Theuma (879,000) in third.

Eleven Players Remain In $10k Seniors Event
The priciest event of the series so far, the $10,000 Seniors, saw the end of late registration early on in Day 2 of the tournament.
Once the gates closed, the number of entries was set at a nice round 100 players, resulting in a respectable prize pool of $950,000.
The day ended with a final eleven players confirmed for Day 3. Ernest Bush leads those players by a wide margin (with 1,178,000 in chips).
Bush's closest competition is Michael Lang in second place with 616,000 in his stack. But Lang has a lot of catching up to do with just a little over half the amount of chips that Bush has in his stack.
As a result, competition will be tough when the players return later today to play down to a winner.

Day 1B mixed things up a bit, adding 155 entries to the field (for a total of 317 players). The turnout did not quite bring the prize pool up to the guarantee of $500,000. As a result, every player who entered the event will enjoy some added value, courtesy of the Wynn's treasure vaults.
