The PartyPoker Tour is heading to Birmingham this autumn with a fresh, player-focused festival model. From October 11–19, 2025, Resorts World Genting Casino will host nine days of poker, featuring lower buy-ins, transparent rake, and a schedule designed to be as accessible as possible.

This will be the first major poker festival at Resorts World in five years, and PartyPoker is promising a week of poker mixed with entertainment and community-driven side events.

One of the key messages behind the new PartyPoker Tour format is transparency. The operator has promoted the idea of “100% prize pools,” which in practice means there are no hidden deductions beyond the posted rake. For example, a Main Event entry will be listed as £455 + £45, with £455 going to the prize pool and £60 as the fee. Unlike some tours, there is no additional dealer fee or other surcharge on top of that.

The Poker Line-Up

The series begins with the Mini Main Event, a £150 buy-in running October 11–16 with a £50,000 guarantee. The spotlight then shifts to the £500 Main Event (October 16–19), which comes with a £100,000 guarantee and is expected to draw one of the largest fields of the festival.

The schedule also features the PLO Masters (October 17–19), a £250 event with £20,000 guaranteed, and a one-day £1,000 High Roller 7-Max on October 19. Players can also look forward to formats such as a Mystery Bounty, Win the Button, Faded Spade, and even a Tennessee Hold’em Championship.

Satellites run daily, ensuring plenty of affordable routes into the biggest events.

For those unable to attend, PartyPoker will stream the biggest action with cards-up coverage on YouTube from October 16–19, including the Main Event and High Roller highlights.

Qualify Online

PartyPoker is putting significant weight behind online qualifiers.

More than 1,000 seats are expected to be awarded across the UK via freerolls and satellites starting from just £0.20. There’s also a special Mini Mania on October 11 at 9 p.m., where £10 buys a shot at 15 guaranteed seats into the Mini Main Event.

Off the Felt

Throughout the week, Resorts World will host community events and entertainment for players. There’s a free-to-enter Roulette Tournament on October 12, a lively Pub Quiz on October 13, and a Sports Betting Tournament on October 14 tied to England’s World Cup qualifier against Latvia.

On October 16, PartyPoker ambassadors and influencers will feature in a Sit & Go, bringing a mix of poker personalities to the felt. And to cap it all off, the series will conclude with a closing party on October 18, offering free drinks for players and a DJ set to finish the festival on a high note.
