Eric "Barstool Nate" Nathan busted the World Series of Poker Paradise (WSOPP) Super Main Event in brutal fashion as the sports blogger first misclicked and then jammed into pocket aces.

The hand against high-stakes Spanish pro Sergio Aido took place on a streamed table during Day 1c of the $25,000 buy-in tournament with a $60 million guaranteed prize pool.

The tournament was Nathan's first public poker appearance since an infamous $20,000 loss to Barstool Sports founder Dave Portnoy, who had minimal poker experience.

The hand occurred on Level 6 with blinds of 5,000/10,000/10,000. In the last hand on stream before break, Seth Davies was forced all in from the big blind with nine-seven offsuit as Nathan, with ace-jack offsuit, limped in for 10,000 from early position — stating that he meant to raise but put out the wrong amount.

Andre Moreira called behind in the cutoff with queen-six suited before Sergio Aido raised to 45,000 on the button with red aces. Nathan responded by sliding out his full stack of 413,000 and Moreira folded before Aido snap-called.

Nathan picked the wrong time to limp-jam as he ran smack into red aces — the same color as Davies' ARIA poker hoodie.

The flop of 248 was absolutely no help and the runout of 23 confirmed a double knockout for the Spanish high-stakes pro as Davies and the Barstool Sports personality hit the rail.

Despite his unfortunate exit from the tournament, Nathan is in good hands. He told PokerNews he's been getting coaching from Faraz Jaka, and this is definitely one to review with the poker coach.

It wasn't Nathan's first ungraceful exit from a big WSOP event. He busted the 2021 WSOP Main Event in Las Vegas after four-betting four-three suited and running a postflop semi-bluff.

The tournament is currently on Level 7 and has 435 runners as the dinner break approaches. There's still one more starting flight as the event gets closer and closer to the record-setting $60 million guarantee.
