Daniel Negreanu has announced he is giving away a seat to the 2026 World Series of Poker Main Event in collaboration with leading prediction market site Kalshi.

The GG Poker ambassador broke the news to his over 500,000 followers on X, in a video that showed the seven-time bracelet winner asking a rogue's gallery of 'the world's worst advisory board' who to trade in the upcoming Super Bowl LX between the New England Patriots and Seattle Seahawks.

Negreanu, who joined forces with Kalshi in September last year, has made valuable poker giveaways in partnership with the site before, notably a $30,000 WSOP Paradise Package for last month's record-breaking Super Main Event.

Speaking with PokerNews’ Chad Holloway, Kid Poker previously shared his enthusiasm for the prediction market phenomenon, saying, “You can basically put your own predictive talents to the test, and the cool thing is you can make money doing this.”

For a chance to win the $10,000 seat, entrants must make a minimum $10 deposit on Kalshi using the code DNEGS, where they will enter a draw for free access to this summer's showpiece occasion.

More Poker Prediction Markets Coming Soon?

With prediction markets surging in popularity in recent years, many poker fans have started to wonder whether it is only a matter of time before they can trade on poker-related outcomes through platforms like Kalshi and similar sites.

Responding to a question from one follower asking whether Kalshi will allow more poker predictions in the future, Negreanu replied simply, “Working on it!”

Kalshi does already have at least one poker-related market on offer, namely “Will the 2026 WSOP Main Event have over 10,000 entries?”, which so far has generated just over $1,500 in liquidity and an implied 62% chance.

With Negreanu’s partnership, both the number and diversity of poker markets seem likely to grow, alongside at least one guaranteed entry in this year’s Main Event.

The prediction market operator also announced a deal this week to become the official predictive market partner of The Lodge Card Club, the largest poker room in Texas, meaning viewers will soon be able to trade contracts on the outcomes of Poker at the Lodge live streams without playing in the games or buying action.

The move follows a similar deal inked by Hustler Casino Live and Polymarket in November last year, which offered a comparable range of markets on livestreamed games.
