The RunGood Poker Series (RGPS) is taking its show back on the road to the Sooner State later this month for the Oklahoma State Poker Championship.

Action kicks off May 14 in Tulsa from the Hard Rock Casino Resort. The series lasts 11 days and features 19 trophy events, with the Main Event being live reported by PokerNews starting May 22.

What's Going on in Oklahoma?

The series begins at 11 a.m. local time on the 14th with the $300 Series Opener No-Limit Hold'em. A second tournament at 7 p.m. on Opening Day will take place, and that is the $200 Double Green Chip Bounty, an RGPS staple.

The $300 Weekend Opener No-Limit Hold'em then begins a day later with the first two of four Day 1 starting flights. Day 2 at the Hard Rock Tulsa takes place at 1 p.m. May 17, and a winner will be crowned the same night to close out the weekend with a bang for one lucky and skilled poker player.

There are multiple poker variants on the schedule, including pot-limit Omaha, no-limit hold'em, and Omaha hi-lo. On top of that, the series features two seniors events (50+), a ladies event, and two bounty tournaments, along with nightly $140 deepstacks.

The Oklahoma State Poker Championship Main Event starts May 22 with the first of two Day 1 sessions (1b is scheduled for May 23). Day 2 runs on May 24, the final day of the series. Stop by PokerNews for exclusive live reporting coverage of the Main Event from start to finish.
