Alan Keating and Martin Kabrhel played one of the biggest pots you've ever seen on a poker livestream late Friday night.

In fact, it was the second-largest pot in ring game livestream poker history. The hand in question took place on Hustler Casino Live's Million Dollar Game during High Stakes Live at the 2026 World Series of Poker (WSOP) in Las Vegas.

Two high-profile grinders — one a tournament specialist and the other a cash game crusher — going at it in a $1 million buy-in game, playing for a pot that hit $2.8 million. Kabrhel, who busted earlier in the day in ninth place for $255,491 in WSOP Event #36: $100,00 High Roller No-Limit Hold'em, was having an up-and-down session in the Million Dollar Game.

He made a six-figure bluff in one hand with ace-high into a three-way pot, which didn't get through because Chang Lee (Jack) had the nut flush. Kabrhel, whose mouth never stopped running, was down big early before winning a couple huge hands, including a $1.5 million cooler against Santhosh Suvarna.

Did Keating Silence Kabrhel?

Keating, who entered the game having won his last five Million Dollar Game sessions, was struggling to get much going. So, the massive pot they played was a make-or-break hand for both players.

The huge pot started with Keating raising to $40,000 from the button with KQ. Peter Wang called with 1010 in the small blind, as did Michael "Texas Mike" Moncek, who had K9 in the big blind. Kabrhel, the straddle, made it $300,000 to go with AK.

Keating then shoved all in for $1,346,000, forcing Peter and Texas Mike to fold. But Kabrhel, who had him dominated, called the four-bet. Both players then agreed to run the board three times for a $2,801,000 pot. The first board went to Kabrhel, the second to Keating, and the third to Kabrhel, who scooped two-thirds of the pot.

The hand is officially the second-largest ever in a ring game livestream, trailing a $3.1 million pot Tom Dwan won against Wesley Fei in the 2023 Million Dollar Game. Dan "Jungleman" Cates holds the record for biggest livestream pot of any kind won, which went for $12.7 million against Ossi "Monarch" Ketola, but that one occurred during a heads-up match.
