Nick Ahmadi is an American poker player who is best known for winning his first World Series of Poker (WSOP) bracelet at the 2025 WSOP. Ahmadi won the $600 PokerNews Deepstack Championship for $302,165.
Ahmadi mostly grinds low-to-mid-stakes tournaments and has results dating back to September 2013. He is a regular at the WSOP in Las Vegas each summer, preferring to play sub-$2,000 buy-in events, although he regularly enters the $10,000 Main Event.
In April 2018, Ahmadi finished second in a $365 No-Limit Hold'em WSOP Circuit Cherokee event for $63,530. A year later, he won a $570 No-Limit Hold'em Deepstack at the Seminole Hard Rock Poker Showdown in Hollywood for a career-best $209,977.
Ahmadi came close to winning a bracelet in 2021, but ultimately finished fourth in the $800 No-Limit Hold'em Deepstack event for $73,371. A deep run and a 285th-place finish in the record-breaking 2024 WSOP Main Event came with a $50,000 score.
At the 205 WSOP, Ahmadi outlasted 5,666 opponents in the $600 PokerNews Deepstack Championship for his first bracelet and $302,165 in prize money.
