Biography

Hong Kong’s Sparrow Cheung has compiled an impressive resume on the international poker circuit, with $2,912,069 in recorded live tournament earnings as of 2025. A Natural8 ambassador, Cheung has registered cashes in more than a dozen countries, with the majority of his results coming from events in Asia.

Cheung’s biggest score to date came in November 2017, when he finished runner-up in the HK$8 Million Guaranteed Suncity Cup in Macau, earning $185,051. He followed that up with a KRW 198.1M ($174,040) win at the 2019 APPT Korea Main Event in Incheon. Most recently, he claimed the WPT Cambodia $5K High Roller title in January 2024, good for $135,755.
