With around 60,000 in the pot on a board of 4♦2♣4♥A♦, Michael Kane bet 30,000 from middle positon and Maogen Fu called in the hijack.

The river was the 5♠ and Kane bet 87,000, leaving himself just a few chips behind. Fu tanked for more than a minute until eventually calling as Kane showed 10♦9♦ for a bluff.

Fu turned over 10♥10♣ as he took the pot, leaving Kane on an extreme short stack.

Both players checked the K♥ turn and the 2♥ fell on the river. Haughey then led out for 17,000 and Barnes raised to 55,000.

Haughey quickly called and Barnes showed J♥10♦ for a pair of tens. Haughey turned over A♠3♣ and took the pot with a pair of aces.

At the same table, Zbigniew Wieczorek has built his stack up past 400,000.

Maogen Fu raised to 16,000 in early position and William Haughey called in middle position. Iason Filippidis then three-bet to 51,000 in the cutoff and Fu four-bet to 125,000. Haughey got out of the way, but Filippidis moved all in for 250,000 and Fu snap-called.

"Same hand?", Filippidis asked Fu.

"No, I have aces," Fu replied as they waited to turn over their cards.

The A♠K♦3♠ flop gave Fu top set, but Filippidis picked up some slim hope on the Q♥ turn.

"Not like this," tablemate Stephen Barnes said, and Fu dodged the one-outer on the 7♠ river to send Filippidis to the rail on the money bubble.

The remaining 50 players are now in the money.
