Naboulsi Domination

Marcel Naboulsi has had a massive Day 1b so far. He was the first player to move his stack above 100,000 and now sits with 175,000 after taking down another massive pot.

We picked up the action on the turn of a board, with a big pot already out on the felt. Sheldon Mayer was rumbling with Naboulis and it was he who led for 6,300. Naboulsi called and a completed the board on the river.

At this point Mayer got out of his seat, looked intently at the board and moved all in for around 20,000. Naboulsi immediately called and tabled for a straight. Mayer’s cards went into the muck, he made his way out of the tournament area and more chips went into the ever-growing stack of Naboulsi.
