Day 1b chip leader Michael Pinzone has been eliminated short of the money in the Main Event. With the board reading 
, Pinzone was deep in the tank contemplating a river bet of 40,000 from Steven Zhou.
Eventually the clock was called and that was the trigger for Pinzone to slide out a call. Zhou showed 
for a straight which was too good for Pinzone.
Pinzone was left with just 30,000 in chips which went into the middle moments later, never to return. Pinzone is out as Zhou is flying with 330,000 on a table with several of the tournament big stacks that includes Jazz Mathers and Jim Doumit.
