If searching for a theme to apply to this week's APPT Sydney Grand Final, it would be difficult to argue against one of aggression or fighting.
The week started off with an unexpected poker room brawl that resulted in one player prematurely exiting the high roller's event. Outside the realm of poker, Star City had been promoting an IBO world cruiserweight title fight between hometown hero Danny Green and American Roy Jones Jr. (Both the press conference and the weigh-in were held here at the casino, and the fight itself was broadcast live in the Sports Theatre.) And not to mention, the poker tournament itself could be considered one long, 6-day fight.
Thus, in the spirit of this week's theme, Lynn Gilmartin snagged a poolside interview with Green no more than 24 hours after his victory. Lynn chats with Green about the fight itself and gets him to talk a little poker too.

The big blind then moved all in over the top and Ciric made the call, only to see her opponent turn over for the flopped nuts.

Jarred "FlopNutsOnYou" Graham is still running hot here in Sydney. He took down the High Roller's event for the second year in a row here and is now up to 160,000 chips in the Main Event.
Graham's pocket aces held up against Simon Watt's pocket kings after the two got all in preflop. The pot was worth about a 30,000-chip addition to Graham's stack.
