Van Vanquished

Marcus falls
Marcus falls
Danny Huynh opened to 7,000 and was called by both Van Marcus and Terrence Chan.

Huynh lead for 20,000 on the {9-Spades}{8-Hearts}{7-Clubs} flop only to have Marcus click it back to 40,000 next to speak.

Chan folded, and after deliberating for near on two minutes, Huynh put Marcus all in, with Marcus obliging for his last 15,000.

Marcus: {10-Diamonds}{10-Hearts}
Huynh: {J-Diamonds}{J-Spades}

Huynh would win the overpair and straight-draw battle when the {10-Clubs} landed on the turn followed by the {Q-Hearts} on the river to see Marcus hit the rail and join the ever increasing club of double day eliminations.

Sirens Misses Potential Double

Van 'Sirens' Marcus opened to 6,400 from the button and Terrence Chan made the call from the small blind.

The board was checked down to the river with it reading {J-Spades}{A-Hearts}{9-Hearts}{10-Clubs}{2-Clubs} where Marcus fired out an 8,000-chip bet.

Chan made the call holding {Q-Hearts}{j-Hearts}, but would be bested by Marcus' {A-Clubs}{5-Spades}.

"I just wanted to check-raise all in" commented Chan as Marcus raked in the pot to move to over 65,000 in chips.

JJ Liu Hits 300k

On a board reading {6-Spades}{9-Spades}{5-Clubs} JJ Liu called an opponent's all in holding {9-Clubs}{9-Hearts} to be in great shape against his {A-Clubs}{10-Clubs}.

When the turn and river ran out the {2-Diamonds} and {2-Clubs}, Liu sent yet another opponent to the rail as she climbed to 340,000 in chips.

Levy Squeezed

Grant 'grunter' Levy
Grant 'grunter' Levy
Grant Levy opened to 5,100 from middle position before an opponent in the blinds made it 15,100 to go.

Levy thought for a while before making the call to see the {7-Diamonds}{5-Spades}{4-Diamonds} flop land and a continuation bet of 15,000 follow.

After deliberating for a while, Levy made the call to see the {J-Hearts} land on the turn, and checks from both players follow.

The river fell the {10-Hearts} and Levy called a 35,000-chip bet only to be shown {6-Spades}{3-Spades} by his opponent for a flopped straight and the pot as Levy slips to below 95,000.

xMONSTERxDONGx Mis-Clicks To Send JC Tran Home

JC Tran rivered to elimination
JC Tran rivered to elimination
Neil Arce opened to 5,500 from the hijack and Jonathan 'xMONSTERxDONGx' Karamalikis accidently mis-clicked to 10,000 (as stated during the hand).

With the action on JC Tran in the big blind, he bumped it to 26,000. Arce folded and Karamalikis made the call to see the flop fall down {8-Clubs}{9-Diamonds}{5-Diamonds}.

Tran fired out 50,000 only to be put all in by Karamalikis. Tran obliged, calling off his last 60,000, and the cards were tabled.

Tran: {A-Hearts}{A-Clubs}
Karamalikis: {Q-Diamonds}{J-Diamonds}

With Tran in the lead with his overpair to Karamalikis' straight and flush-draw, Tran would unfortunately see the {2-Diamonds} land on the river to send him to the rail.

As Tran left, Karamalikis raked in the sizeable pot to send him to 370,000 in chips.
